Minecraft Forums

This has happened a few times to me as well. But it has happened many many more times to my brother AlexVMiner. We are on the same wireless internet connection and I can load the forums while he cannot. I'm not sure if that aids or hinders the evidence pointing toward a host issue.

I like this idea. Could work well with the upcoming medals.

I don't know about a trial, but anyway... I'm told this has been dealt with, luckily.

AlexVMiner has informed me that a user by the name of Chickenslivers is going crazy griefing on [citric] 24/7 Hell Map server. We can't get on the IRC as it isn't working for us right now so I told him I would post for him since the forums only work intermittently for some reason.

EDIT: Another name griefing is Munther.

EDIT 2: I'm told this has been dealt with.

I like the idea of this being useful for survival mode. If it is implemented, that is what it should be used for.

I have no issue with that, citricsquid. No rush. I will post more ideas as they come.

Go to the last section in the forum and check out the proposed medal ideas. They will provide inspiration.

Replicator - Reproduce a real-world man-made structure in game. Requires approval.
Invertor - Build any structure in-game. Then, above or below the structure, build its mirror reflection.
PaintCraft - Create a resemblance of a world-famous painting.
DarwinCraft - Construct a large likeness of a real-world animal.
PhotoCraft - Recreate a real-life photo that you took.
SpriteCraft - Make any video-game sprite in-game.

Another break is need. Also, have we a new ETA?

Ah, cool. I like the conveyor belt idea. Maybe there could be different speeds and types. You could have your basic conveyor belt, maybe have it move you 2x or 3x as fast as walking, then a speedy conveyor belt that moves you 5x or 10x as fast as walking, and then a super conveyor belt which moves you 25x or 50x as fast as walking. Or instead of a super conveyor belt, you could have speed boost tiles that look like the ones from Sonic or MarioKart.

The title is misleading. Do you mean blocks that move you quickly or blocks that move through space as you stand on them? Also, how would the latter work with roads?

I like the idea of blocks that act like speed boosts though.

Torches, lanterns, lamps, and lights should all be added to the game. Then caves, streets, living rooms, and large warehouse-type buildings could all have neat lighting effects.

I like this. I like the idea that the doors push open from either side. I also like the notion of doors disguised as other blocks to be used as trapdoors. That would be great for survival and other games.

You have no friends or family on Earth that you can give the money to and use their card/Paypal to buy Minecraft?

Okay, I gotcha. Though I really think the one about getting a thread stickied wouldn't encourage spam. Rather, I think it would encourage constructive, productive, intelligent threads. Anyway, here are some more ideas then:

MineTuber - Create a MineCraft-related YouTube video that gets at least 2,500 views.
Trusted OP - Earn a spot on the Trusted Server OP List.
King Tut - Create a MineCraft-related tutorial with at least 50 positive responses
Top Notch - Provide a screen shot of Notch near something you've constructed. Must be verified by Notch himself or a trusted forum-goer.
RealCraft - Create something off of the computer (something tangible) related to Minecraft. This can be artwork, costumes, etc.

Okay, my mind is spent for a bit. More to come as I think of them.
