Experience: I have previously been running minecraft servers, mostly leaning towards the modding community. I know my way around servers and moderating situations generally. I have been accepted by few individuals i have previously applied and all went smoothly.

What do you do when two players disagree?: I simply try to see the logic behind the scenes of the cause and try to work my way around both individuals to try and smooth out the situation. Most server rules internationally just go around common sense, so its always easy.
