MineCon happened in France last year. Some of you had your chance to be there. Just because America has it again... you do not need to be upset about it. The USA is a big place and people can't always travel freely from East to West. Many of us can't travel to some place like Las Vegas. That like asking to travel from Russia to Portugal. More likely the next MineCon won't be in America again next year. It may not be in Europe next year? Unless you tell it to Mojang for a Con to be in Europe again. Then the players of Europe need to agree on group of nations that you would be willing travel too.
They maybe picked the East Coast of America because of the numbers in players; who play Minecraft from that region.

Trust? Ahhh, yes... That always a problem with a server. Unless you add something like lock doors and player's chests on the server to stop looting. Also a sign up with the right questions narrow down the list for good players. Like if you want less newbies? You add a question that only players who play the game could answer. Players who take the time to sign up and answer correctly would cause less trouble. But, you might need people like myself to GM the server.

I didn't know you had a Millenaire server that had players on it. Must of been people you only knew who were playing on it. I bet you could get new people from the internet. Just need a place for them to find the server and a sign up to join it.

You know that architecture is different from early periods than from the later periods. Most people know late periods more than early.
