Just tested fly at various speeds, works fine.
After some testing, I found it only happens when you go from a different fly value to fly 2.
Example:
If I type /fly 3 THEN /fly 2, it'll work. From there, if I type /fly 2 again, flying will turn off as normal. However, typing /fly 2 after that will continuously result in "Flying now turned off".
Bug Report?
I noticed /fly 2 just turns off flying; it doesn't allow the player to fly at speed 2. I can fly fine at speed 3 and up, though. Is this just me?
Play some adventures, then make your own. I've actually planned my own, and built a town and a small scale city so far. Of course, I need to wait until SPC gets updated to really finish, but still.
First, let me tell you I'm a noob when it comes to redstone. I'm trying to practice by making a 5/5 clock connected to a piston so it'll activate at a steady pace. However, the redstone torches keep burning out, even after replacing them. After some research, I learned this was a glitch from 1.3. I was wondering if there was a workaround to fix this.
This is actually now one of my favorite puzzle maps. I know you say it's an Adventure map, but at this stage it feel more like a Puzzle map. Still, each trial feels unique and is represented by well-made rooms/sections. It really felt like each trial had a purpose. I like how the Weapon and Agility trials have cool ways back to the main room at the end, I just wish it was the same for the other two.
The only part I had trouble with was the 3rd level in the Weapon Trial. Getting the skeleton to step on the pressure plate was more annoying than difficult. Also, when I burned the wood, the fire did not burn the last couple of blocks, and I ended up having to build across on my own (I try not to cheat). Since fire burns unpredictably now, maybe you can use pistons instead when the update releases. Another thing was the maze room. It's very easy to jump from the ladder to the top of the maze, and just skip the whole thing. Maybe add windows going from the top of the ladder to the bottom, so the player can still see the maze, but not avoid it.
All in all, I enjoyed it and look forward to the next version.
I personally find bug boxy rooms hard to decorate. I would separate it into different sections: work area/kitchen, library, bedroom, etc. You could also add a second floor just for the bed. It looks like you have plenty of room. Maybe wall off some sections so it feels homier. You could also play around with staircases to make the roof look better.
I had that problem once. Ended up moving my bed downstairs to the basement. I heard double doors also make beds not work. Haven't played around with that, though.
When you do find one, make sure to find out what size it is before attacking. I found a normal-sized one, attacked once with my diamond sword and killed it by accident. :sad.gif:

Seriously? I thought Revelations was just the end of Ezio's arc?
