Some stuff about you(optional): I love playing Minecraft and various other video games. I am fun and loyal, but often make inappropriate jokes. I like playing with mature gamers, and am currently looking for an opportunity to meet new people.
I currently have a forge MC 1.7.10 server with about ten mods installed including MoCreatures. I built my house in a plains biome and have recently noticed a lot of insects, (maggots, flies, dragonflies, butterflies, snails, etc.) that have naturally spawned in that biome. The abundance of insects have only spawned in that small biome and I don't know how to get rid of them without uninstalling MoCreatures. I have a lot pets that I have tamed, and would like to NOT have to uninstall the mod if possible. I have already gone into the configuration for MoC and changed the spawn rate to really low numbers and even changed the state of spawning to "false" for all of the MoC insects. They haven't disappeared. I also installed the Essentials plugin to use the /killall (entity) command, but it does not seem to recognize the MoC animals. It says, "invalid mob."
I have Rei's Minimap installed and turned on the Entity minimap. That's how I discovered all the insects, after receiving a TON of lag in that part of the world. Its a small portion of the world but too big to manually kill each insect. I only get lag in that small part of the world.
Any feedback and suggestions is greatly appreciated!!
This morning I made a modded server, and it seems to be running fine. I tried to connect to my server but Minecraft immediately crashed.
I am running 64x bit Java on a Windows 10 computer. If you have any questions or answers please let me know ASAP!

Although, whenever he clicks 'launch' it says offline mode. He is logged in with a REAL Mojang account that he bought. I'm not exactly sure why this isn't working.
His error is this: 'Minecraft authentic servers are currently down for maintenance.'
ANYTHING IS HELPFUL!!!
