Wrong place in the forum, but it looks like it MAY BE the shaders since it didn't show entirely in the preload.
EDIT: It says that the shaders are supported at the very end, but you may not have the coremod installed or installed correctly. Try reinstalling the coremod, it may fix it.
1st: Sorry about that.
2nd: I'll try that, and i'll tell you if it was fixed.
Lastly: thanks man.
EDIT: Where can i find the coremod? i only found the mod's .jar file, not the coremod.

So, I've been a lurker on the forums for quite a while, but I've ran into this odd bug (I guess?) and couldn't find it elsewhere on the forums. I'm running MInecraft 1.6.2 with Magic Launcher, Optifine, Modloader, and Zan's MInimap. Whenever I load up a world I had transferred from an older account I abandoned all of the textures load as solid colors, and I'm using the normal minecraft resource pack, here's an example of what I'm talking about:
The odd thing is, it goes away temporarily if I break/place a block or open or close a chest or door in that chunk, but as soon as I leave the chunk it returns.
Minimaps display one pixel textures in them, so they sometimes end up not differing different voxels and render them wrong.

Also, could you send me a actual minecraft screenshot? it helps.

I'll do your skin in a hour or so,
i was studying and stuff

Thanks everyone for answering, fixed the problem changing forge to 1486.

How to:
Send a screenshot of your minecraft skin.
Wait to see if your skin is qualified,
if it is, wait 1 hour-1 day.
And done!
Here's a example of my work:

Pray that 1.9 fixes that.

Go to any shader's .zip, and delete ALL things related to shadows, and keep the motion blur, that's a separate file.
You're welcome.

It's a error with the slowness potion FOV lowering effect.
