Tell me about a decision you had to make for something that involved one or more people being unhappy with the decision, but it was the right call(at least in your mind): On my pixelmon server I used to run, I had a gym leader that kept defeating the same player over and over again, So they were both bored of battling each other but the player wanted to get the badge so I made up a story that the gym was a fake and that I was the gym leader and I had weak Pokémon to let him defeat me and move on
hmm. We can start you out and see how you do. Right now main goal is to get a few regulars and inflow of people.

The main theme I tried to put behind AstroCraft is fun. I wanted to provide a mature server environment that didn't have people mining for ages on end just to be the best. With this server I ended up making the basic resources to be successful available to the average player.
That means someone that wants to play a couple hours a week can still give some competition to someone that plays 5 hours a day. Now that doesn't mean someone that plays 2 hours a week is going to wipe the floor with you. It just means that they can survive in this perilous world.
So, lets get into some specifics, what EXACTLY is AstroCraft:
The main focus is PVP
You are able to build airships with ease and make even more complicated airship with TNT cannons and arrows!(we recommend you watch the videos on the movecraft plugin page)
You can claim your own plots that will be protected with [GriefPrevention](if you want to find out more about GP, they have great tutorials on their plugin page).
However, someone can /siege you, which will not allow you to build or store items until you fight them. When in siege mode they can destroy certain blocks such as wood, grass, sand, and wool. (You can only siege once every hour).
Fighting isn't your thing? That's cool too, find a spot in a far away land and build to your heart's content. Whatever resources you don't find in the mines or other planets, you can find in the adminshop! Maybe even start one of your own and be the best trader in the cosmos!
You can also find a mature atmosphere within AstroCraft!
This is only a few of the things that you can do!

Tell me about a decision you had to make for something that involved one or more people being unhappy with the decision, but it was the right call(at least in your mind): I got a regular banned in my friend's server. He was griefing, and I spoke to my friend about it. When he talked to the griefer (in all chat), my friend and I got flamed, because apparently it was the griefer's brother on the account. We still banned him anyway.
I think it's the right choice, because even if it wasn't the player himself on the account, there will be a potential next time, seeing how his brother could access the computer while he was away and go on Minecraft, and the excused is simply just overused.
