I've been looking to dedicate my time to a server for a while now and I have been searching for the right place to do it. Looking at what Kingerce has achieved, I believe I would be well suited for an administration position and helping Kingerce strive for a better future.
Do you have any previous moderating experience on similar servers?:
I have worked as a moderator on many servers and eventually got promoted to Administrator. Most of these servers became unsuccessful because the Owner was not suitable for running a server. The Owner usually ended up leaving the server and no one attended it. About one year ago one server did become successful, it ended up running for five months before it was shut down because the Owner could no longer run it for personal reasons. I have gained a lot of experience in being an admin and I would love to help your server.
How would you deal with lower staff members if you found they weren't effective/didn't contribute:
I'd first establish what role they have and their significance to the server, to see if it is a priority to report it to the Owner now. If it is a priority I would immediately report it to the Owner and tell them how this staff member is not performing their job. The Owner would have the final say on what to do.
Are you able to offer creative ideas to help shape the server, and if you were how would you contribute in that aspect?:
I am a very dedicated person so if I have an idea I would build on it until I can properly introduce it to someone of a higher power. Hopefully I'd have a sort of voting on how we could use this idea to shape and make the server perform better.

right now I am running a Server with a partner who will quit next week, due to his job and school. I cant run a whole server all by my own so i am planing to shut it down. You can use me as Developer or Admin. I know how to work with server files, configure them. I can also setup every kind of plugin you want. Ingame i am a very popular and respected Co-Owner. I can bring more Fun into the server, little events which make the players happy and makes them decide to stay at the server.

What a Good Server Is To You: A good server is a supportive server that has non aggressive staff, as well as non abusive. I've been in quite a few servers, a lot, trying to find the right server. This is really hard because most Owners are in between ten and twelve years of age, and not very responsible. For their staff, most are quite abusive as well, such as using commands to 'troll' people. Striking lightning on people, teleporting to their base, giving players items. There are many ways to abuse, and a lot are conflicting with other players. Don't just ban people straight away; this has happened to me before, when spawn got world edited and I was only a moderator, I had no permissions to world edit. Of course he had no proof and put no thought into it and ip-banned me. To me a good server has responsible staff and are respectable to other players. To me it's all about what kind of staff. The better staff the better server, this is what a good server is to me.

I can bring fun and games as well as work and stability. What do I mean by stability? I can keep a server clean, hacker free. It takes time and effort to erase hackers but in time fewer and fewer hackers will show.
