Someone asked that a long while back, Glassmaker said he'd look into the mod and if he likes it he MIGHT add support.
I thought that the reason that it was incompatible was because glassmaker was using outdated code. And when he would update it it would be compatible with tinkers defense as well as any other mod that adds new tinker tools. Regardless of wether glassmaker likes tinkers defense. Of course the reason that it's outdated is because glassmaker is very busy.
That's also the reason I want this mod to be open source, I would like to see if I can help glassmaker.
The only way I've found to use the UBC stones with Chisel2 is to use MineTweaker and add the stones to the ore dictionary. I disable UBC's stone oredict and the spawning of Chisel2 stones in the config, then add Red Granite, Andesite, Marble, Limestone, and Gabbro (for Diorite, because of real-world similarities between the two) to their respective stone types. I add a shift-tooltip to those 5 stones to let the player know they are used now in place of Chisel2 stones. The other 14 or so stones I manually add to vanilla stone's oredict registry as they aren't used anywhere yet.
..but you're looking for a proper UBC Chisel addon, which as far as I know is still in a planning phase and unfinished. I saw some talk of it in the UBC thread - try reading the last 4 pages or so. For now it's pretty much what Metallurgy did with its metals - ~16-20 set patterns repeated for each of the different metals' color schemes. Last time I checked, all the textures weren't done. If they were I would have hefted them by now, used Tabula Rasa to add blocks to the game, and used ModTweaker to create/register them all with their respective stone types.
Feel free to steal them if you want, but I wouldn't use tabula rasa or some other item/block generating mod if I were you. That is just extremely boring and not even a proper solution.
I believe that requires a core mod so I don't think that is possible since Gany doesn't want to make one.
I think gany might be able to pull it off by making replacing all farmer villagers with his own versions of them that can actually farm. I think he did something similar with snowmen to make them shearable.
I would be fine with it if the blaze tools just had a native fiery modifier for every blaze part.
I don't think the melting the ores into liquids would work well since one ingot is 144 millibuckets and one source block is 1000 millibuckets. Besides being overpowered, you can't really divide 1000 by 144.
For the first question, I honestly have no idea. Only way I can think to find out is to either ask boni or watch the lava gauge while melting something. As for the second question, mt hand might work, but you can also do an nei dump for just fluids.
If you use /mt liquids, it will print out a list of all fluids in the minetweaker log file.
Also, why is this mod not open source? Every other mod I've seen glassmaker working on is open source but this one isn't.
Sounds like a good opportunity to collaborate? /shrug
I don't know how you modders in this community roll but I think a UBChisel addon would be pretty cool to have.

I don't know how modders roll either, I just started doing this. And the reason I did it is because I thought it would be pretty cool.
Asiekierka said the project was functional but abandoned, so I think I'll just steal the code (don't worry, the license allows it) and modify it a little and then publish it.
What's your plan for dealing with both mods needing the metadatas?
Are you talking to me? because I don't really know what you're talking about. I just copied the code from glassmaker and tried to make it do rocks instead of metals. https://github.com/TeamMetallurgy/MetallurgyChisel
I didn't know asiekierka was working on the exact same thing, I kinda feel like I wasted a bunch of my time making those textures since the ones from asiekierka look just as good.
Then you've been lucky, it almost always takes me at least 30 minutes to even find a single piece of Ardite. But that's not really that important, the question is still:
Is there a config to change the damage values without Iguana Tweaks?
Sorry for asking, but is it possible to make stand alone version of AOBDBB?
For not I am trying to disable any stuff that AOBD and use AOBDBB only. But this is a little bit tricky.
It's possible to disable everything except the berries in the config.

I have a question about modifying block drops.
If I make a block drop a certain item instead of itself, will that item drop be influenced by fortune?

Actually, I've got all the textures (at least, I think so) right here: https://github.com/RCXcrafter/UBChisel/tree/master/src/main/resources/assets/ubchisel/textures/blocks
Feel free to steal them if you want, but I wouldn't use tabula rasa or some other item/block generating mod if I were you. That is just extremely boring and not even a proper solution.

And extratic doesn't add support for blaze tools.

Could you add support for tinkers construct like you did with your end mod? I think tinkers blaze tools would be neat.

Challenge accepted
I'll see if I can make them look decent.

Actually, I've taken a shot at that: https://github.com/RCXcrafter/UBChisel
but I'm quite a noob at coding so I haven't gotten it to work yet.

You can change the stats using modtweaker http://minetweaker3.powerofbytes.com/wiki/ModTweaker:TConstruct_Support

I think this a pretty nice mod, here are some ideas for it:
Configurable amount of durability for each gem like in metallurgy 4.
tinkers construct support would be relatively easy to add since they have this: https://gist.github.com/bonii-xx/e46f9d9e81e29d796b1b
I think a config option to disable the tier system would be cool too and just have the regular recipes.
