Im surprised you didnt have a "what kind of skills can you bring to the show?" or "What is your personality like?" type questions. Ive filled out and have seen a couple other game show applications and they usually have something like that.

I would like to complain about guard Mr_Poptartz. I just joined the server literally less than 15 minutes ago and I am already jailed. I looked through the chat logs and apparently someone said that I had a sword and Mr_Poptartz started asking me for one without any proof that I had it other than the claim of one persone. I did not see the countdown as I was still exploring the prison.
Experience: I got minecraft shortly before it left beta after watching videos of it for about a year. My favorite aspect of minecraft would by far be redstone (and I am pretty competent at it), especially when others get to experience it, not just me. I also have always prefered servers to singleplayer

yeah, the thing that took the longest was checking my fps since I hadnt updated to 1.6.1 yet and I also wanted to keep the texture pack I was using
