I'm glad Jeb is taking over he's more dedicated to Minecraft than notch is anymore, he doesn't care about minecraft anymore he just knows it offers him an unlimited supply of money so he can **** around and try to develop other games. Jeb actually LOVES coding for minecraft so he will do it justice. Notch got lazy once he started getting millions of dollars rolling in he just spent most of his time dicking around. We will see more updates with Jeb as the lead than we would with notch as the lead.
Go figure though Notch "releases" minecraft and bails on it, Lazy git. I knew this was going to happen eventually. His heart and soul isn't with Minecraft anymore. Which is kind of sad but its good for us because Jeb is a hell of a lot better of a programmer than Notch could ever hope to be. Notch even said himself he can't figure out how to do random procedural structure generation and Jeb can do it perfectly, the npc towns, the nether fortresses and the strongholds for example. So for those of you who think minecraft is dead... it's not its quite alive and will be for a long time. As long as jeb is working on it we will be taken care of.
All the major features that have been implemented since notch hired a team have come from jeb, like pistons n ****.. the only thing notch has done was like the lighting engine and what not. And the dragon, but the dragon is pretty lame, and so is the end. It's a quick patch job so they could "release" minecraft.

Nov 1, 2011Qweets posted a message on 3D Character Skinning UtilityHe already stated that he knew 3d painting existed all the way back when like a quake 2 skin maker was out he knows this tech isn't NEW hes just defending his program vs all these idiot kids saying one thing is better than another but all hes trying to say is that they don't have the feature to draw directly onto the 3d model itself.Posted in: News
Paril if you are still reading this, thank you for your hard work this is outstanding. If you made this kind of program to do texture packs it would be one of the most popular minecraft apps on the internet I bet. Ignore the children all they do is hate and troll, this generation of kids are so disrespectful to others and even adults. When I was a child I was always respectful of my elders.. I hate what has become of kids these days. -

Can you post the code that confirms this please? Otherwise you're just spewing nonsense with no evidence to back it up
I mean no disrespect or anything I just really would LOVE to see that your info is true because now I can just destroy all the leaves so I don't have to wait anymore hah.

Just because it happened ONCE doesn't mean its actually true, there is a lot of random number generating going on for leaf drop items. For instance, you can roll a dice and get a 1 50 times in a row just by luck, the same applies to this, it could just be luck that you're getting more by hand, there would need to be a test of at least like 20-50 of the same test over and over to get a better idea of what is better if anything is better, it could be the same regardless of how the leaf goes away and just be luck.

I agree, I wonder why he even made the snowman head texture if he was just putting a pumpkin over it. I liked the snowman face.
