We already have arts, off-topic, other games and forum games. Why not a forum dedicated to tech? There are plenty of OS/hardware/gadget topics in off-topic, and it'd look a lot nicer if they were all put in a general tech forum in which techies like me can hang around.
Linux just isn't ready for mainstream public yet. People who are willing to spend their time getting to know it will love it, but everyone else won't be able to handle the pressure of a little tweak here and there. Ubuntu is already getting close to mainstream public, but not close enough.
Database fail much?
If it works, then I just ordered a good 1000 bucks on software for pretty much nothing. Hell, thats three wii motion plus packs of which two are in a bundle!
Best Microsoft OS there is. I'd get Linux but it's kind of complicated and I cba to learn it, and it doesn't have all the games Windows has, if it had both of those, I'd get it.
Actually Linux isn't all that hard, I find the interface easier to use in some aspects than Windows. Especially installing applications is a piece of cake.
get ultramon and extend your taskbar, the cool way. It also gives you neat buttons next to the minimize/maximize/close buttons that enable you to quickly move windows from one screen to the other.

I already have the order confirmation which clearly states the crappy prices, plus I paid with paypal so they can't **** me over that either.
I really wonder if this is going to work. Wish me luck, guys.

Pretty sure they're forced by law to maintain the price I paid. Wrong price, too bad for the shop.

Start using a different browser. IE does not follow W3 guidelines, runs shitty and has a lot of these kind of problems.
I use Firefox myself, which runs fine with Minecraft, but any other browser besides IE should do the trick too.
