So i've been playing minecraft for years now. My laptop isn't the best in the world but with Optifine my minecraft runs at 30+ FPS just fine and dandy so it's not the computers problem at least I hope.
Recently I was playing Minecraft on a general Modded survival world (also note previous to this, the mods have caused no problem what so ever and have never given me any problems (list of mods i use are below)) when my laptop gave me the notification that it was going to die. Sadly when my laptop does this, it generally only gives me 15 seconds or so to plug it in so I didn't have enough time before my computer shut down (which happened to be right when I died in the nether -.-). I turned the computer back on, pulled up minecraft again and went to go back into my world and it was gone. I looked in my saves file and the folder is there with the world but it does not appear within my saves when I'm back in minecraft. I've never dealt with loading in worlds or restoring them etc etc so i'm not sure when it comes to that but that's not the only problem.
After all of this happened, I didn't go on minecraft for about a day just to cool down out of spite so when I went back on the other day to just get a fresh new start on a 'testing' world I wanted to create to test out some ideas, I couldn't. Everything was fine up to the point where I would click 'Create New World'. It would pull up the general dirt loading screen but then just sit there.
and sit there.
and sit there.
and sit there...
It wouldn't load at all. Nothing would load up and minecraft would freeze if I had it fullscreen and not allow me to f11 out. I would have to force open task manager up to end the task and would have to spam click the end task button at least 10 times as it would not exit otherwise.
Then when it finally closes, the minecraft launcher pulls up and states that there was a crash.
I really have no clue what the problem could be, the list of all the mods I use are below but they have never given me any problems at all. I have tried to re-installed minecraft as well as uninstall and reinstall java with the newest version since it wasn't up to date but still, nothing.
