I can be very active. Often I can get on about 2 hours a day, but if I`m needed urgently, I will respond as quickly as possible.

How trustworthy are you? What makes you trustworthy?-
I`m extremely trustworthy. Not only am I a trustworthy person in the virtual game, but I am also a trustworthy person in reality as well. In the gaming world, I have a lot of experience in a staffing position; often at Administrative positions all the way to being a Co-Owner. I take the lead in situations, and deal with situations with reason and confidence. I take all my tasks seriously, and finish each all the way through. These tasks aren`t always easy, but I see them through, and thus gain trust from my superiors. When it comes to my life outside the wonderful world of Minecraft, I am a trustworthy person in reality as well. I am apart of my school`s Student Executive Council, which means I am 1 of 14 (Out of 1700 students) on our school student board that directly sends ideas to our principles. I take people`s ideas, listen to them thoroughly, consider the pros and cons of the idea, and (the most important of all), take action upon those ideas. I have people that confide in me, as they can with trust, because I have earned each individual`s respect through time and experience. In short, "Yes, I am a trustworthy person".
If a plugin coder is complaining about how he should get paid more since he is doing a lot of work, what do you do?-
My first action, would be to look into the work of the plugin coder, and see how much and how high quality of work has been done. Next, if it is seen that the coder has done sufficient work, I`d talk to other high-staff members about the situation. The most important thing I`d do, is listen and consider. Upon recommendations of other staff members, a decision would be made as to whether or not raise the person`s wage.
When the website designer questions you about a design idea, what should you do?-
Of course, I`d have a look at a possible draft/sketch of the design. I`d have the designer explain their full plan and thought process when making, and or presenting the design. It`s important to give each player their own individual time to talk to you, and to fully listen to what they have to say, and what their ideas are. The most important thing I`d do, is listen and consider.
What is your previous experience?-
I have been a staff member on many servers, from moderator to Co-Owner. I`ve been a moderator on a decently known UHC server, as well as have been an Administrator on two other servers. My most recent job, and one I`ve rather enjoyed, is being a Co-Owner for a bungee-server. I managed others well, and considered myself to be a responsible, reliable, and trustworthy staff member.
Can you type documents for the server?-
Absolutely! I can easily take the time to thoroughly write out any documents needed to ensure that players and other staff members receive all the information needed. It`s important to keep things short, but thoroughly informative, as I will if I receive the Administrative position. I`ve written documents for the UHC server I worked on, and had very great results/comments from those who read it.
How much time per week/day can you put into the server?-
I can be on about 2 hours on week-days, and about 3 hours on the weekends; but if I`m ever needed, I will do my absolute best to get on and assistant the best way I can.
Why should you be an administrator for this server?-
I should be an Administrator for many reasons. Not only am I a responsible, trustworthy person, but I`m also a natural leader. As stated earlier, I`m an active part of my school`s board. I take responsibility for all my actions, and give credit where it`s due. I continually show respect to others, and therefore expect respect in return. I`m really mature and professional in the work place, and I manage people easily. I am a leader in my actions, I take action upon ideas, and I am an overall courteous and nice person. I`m here to make your server the dream/reality you wish it to be. I am a creative individual, and I make all my decisions for the overall best of the server as a whole. Of course! Though this is true, I know it`s importance to have a balance. Being productive comes first in such a highly officiating position, and I know this, and follow by it. I`m more than happy to have fun on the server, but only when it`s appropriate.
