posted a message on Inventory Pets: Animated creatures that live in your inventory and give you amazing special abilities

This is a really cool idea! I like it.

I'll have to test this mod out as soon as I can.

I'm pretty sure this is incompatible with the DivineRPG mod, because whenever I spawn a Skeleton/Skeleton Archer it spawns in a Paptiku(Some blue bird?). It also replaces most of the mobs with others such as the "Spider" (Creative Menu) is a HellPig.
Also spawning in a zombie crashes it completely.

I'm more of a grass type, lets just say that. :P

    Quote from Bellaabzug21

Maybe if running the latest snapshot, you could use a dispenser to dispense the minecart and then when you're done put it back. You could do it without a dispenser, but the dispenser makes it awesome.

..How exactly would this help? :P
Also, try putting Glass/Top Half slabs above the Minecart rail, It'll still work, And you won't take damage! Although, Leave a pathway next to it to make sure in case of an emergancy you can get out of it.

As Magus just said, Try adding a bit more light! Also, does it have water too? Water isn't Needed, but I think it needs more light if there isn't enough water, I'm not sure thou.

Also, have you been to the Nether?
If you have, I suggest using Glowstone as lights above it! :)

The End is located somewhere in it. Think about it, The creatures are completely black, Just like the void. The background is completely black

No. That would make trading useless, Even if it is only 1%.
Also, Villagers are suppose to drop nothing, Which makes it stupid to kill them. :P

I don't know about colored sand...I'd rather just color glass with it. Its just weird coloring sand...
But I love the idea about colored glass!

posted a message on New Dimension - HELL (Obsidian equipment too)
You do realize, The Nether is suppose to resemble Hell, It was actually originally called Hell, but due to religious purposes, they changed it to Nether.
Also...Obsidian tools? Kind of overused idea there...

We all know about the Testificates, And how they're mostly useless were mostly useless , Right?
    Well, The new Jungle Biomes Should have the same possibility of spawning an NPC Village in it like the deserts, BUT! With a twist;
We all know about Mr.Pigman, And how they never got implanted, and were thrown into the Nether as a result, This Idea, Brings Them back.
The "Villages" Will be in the new Dense Forrest Top. And will have; Instead of Testifacates, Pigman!
Maybe with a new Texture..Like a Loin Cloth on them? "Pygmy Pigmen!" With a few Changes to the villages to make sure the Pigman don't fall, (Bridges made out of wood with fences on the side instead of the Testificate's Gravel roads.) Basicly Like Desert Villages, But with Villagers that drop something useful, and add to the Looks of the Jungle Biome.

With the new trading with the normal Testifacates, The Pigmen would be a little less eager to trade, Only after you do a certain quest, Or gain they're trust, Then they'd trade you. (Leaves, Cocoa, Wool, Dye, Swords, bows, Arrows, ect, ect.)

I also just sorta thought of why they were in the Nether and not the overworld first:

Long ago, an Ancient race called "Pigmen" existed,

These Pigmen, we're smart beings, They created strongholds, Traps (Dungeons), Mine-shafts, and many other things. But one day, Notch looked down upon them, and realized how dangerous they were becoming, They had made portals to the ancient realm, known as the End. So Notch Banished them into the Nether, where they De-evolved, into "Zombie Pigmen".

But one day...The ruler Jeb, looked at the Humans, and realized they were becoming to strong also, So he broke the bounds of the Nether and the Overworld, and the Pigmen came out of the portals, to fight against the humans.

    ...It failed...

As soon as the Pigmen came out of the Portal, they had a little bit of intelligence back, But not like they used to. They climbed tall trees, and made tree houses. They saw the Humans, and knew they were no threat, But then they looked at the Testificates, And saw they were becoming smarter, and smarter, The Pigmen knew they would surely be a threat, Then a great war between the two started.

Many of both civilizations fell. Until one day, The humans stepped in, and tried to stop it. They failed, and were quickly killed off by the two, Each thinking they were apart of the other tribe, Without really knowing.

Few humans lived after this, But they left, and scattered, The world was so large, Many thought they were on they're own world (Single player), but Some left in groups also. (Multiplayer)

Eventually, The war stopped, and the Pigmen and the Villagers decided to both give up. But, Both still despise each other today.

And since they were scattered, You very rarely find a Village, or a Jungle Tribe.

    The End? :P

They would have the skin of: (Since they are still primitive)

Maybe that would be the cheif or something, But you get the basic outline, Right?

Basically, pigmen hate testificates because they were added to the game instead of pigmen.

NICE! Though I always imagined tribals as being catmen, but, pigmen need their comeback too, maybe they could have pet ocelots? (without the kitten skin of course  ). And after villagers get better AI tribals would only speak to you if you wore a mask, crafted with dye, wood, diamond and feathers.

I want regular pigmen to be mobs that spawn a bit more frequently than endermen and attack both hostile mobs AND players. You know, a third "team" in the night-time battles?

This idea is good too, though.

Hmm... tribal pigmen in treetop villages... certainly an interesting idea. I personally don't think there should be any communication between the player and pigmen- it just seems overly complicated. It might work, though.
I think the pigmen should be a mainly hunting culture- using code recycled from skeletons but repurposed so they attack everything but pigs and possibly the player. Then, squads of pigmen should go out at night- possibly groups of 4 or 5- and kill any mobs they find, collect their drops, and put them into some kind of central chest.

Maybe the food from this chest could disapear at a rate dependant on the amount of pigmen per village- if there isn't enough food, a pigman dies. That way, there'd be a self-regulating population, which could be tracked down by an otherwise untouched area with no passive mobs. Just wait until night, and follow any patrols.

Of course, I don't know how plausible this would be to code in java, having never worked with that. If anyone is familiar with java, could you take a look and see if it's possible. I really want to know now that I've put some thought into it!

Pigmen should spawn in Nether villages. The Nether is where the zombie variant is found; it only makes sense that the normal pigmen are found there, too.

This HAVE to be implented to the game. But it would be nice if the body shape was a bit different. Like.. the body shape is too simillar to the player. It should have like a bigger head, body and shorter legs and arms. Oh and I love the idea xD

Yes, but maybe the Testificates and Pigmen(Pigmies!) could have a war. Maybe Iron Golems vs. Giant Boars? Giant Boars could be a village protector, like Iron Golems.

    Quote from supa1337killa

Maybe there could be 2 warring tribes? the red tribe and the blue tribe? one kills everything on sight while the other doesnt trust you unless you kill some of the tribals on the other side? I think this should be added to make jungles a "avoid at all costs" zone. Jungle biomes should be perilous :D
