    View Brotherhood of Steel Palladin
    View Brotherhood of Steel Outcast
    View NCR Ranger (Desert)
    View NCR Ranger (Urban)

I also did Mad Max, who isn't IN Fallout itself, but his outfit was copied for an easter Egg character in Fallout 3.
View The Road Warrior (Mad Max)

please give credit next time you decide to edit one of my skins, thank you :smile.gif:

posted a message on Cape Award System: Minecraft Achievments
    Quote from Steedi

Now that Notch has added in new capes including the christmas special cape (automatic upon entering minecraft) i got instant inspiration for this topic. :Diamond:

:iapprove: Cape Award System :Diamond: :

Doing things in Minecraft will award you with new capes to select from depending on what you do and the game will alert you when a cape is awarded, like "Cape Awarded!". To see your new cape you have to exit to the main menu and go into options, then select the "Capes" button. A Pop up screen will come up and show images of all your capes so you know what they look like. All you have to do is click the cape and it will be worn into minecraf. A cape that is faded out is one not yet awarded, hover over it with your mouse to see how to earn it. Some capes might be secret and not say how you can earn them, making them either rare or have a special design on them. Capes are permanantly stored in your account so when you get a cape you can use it any time you want. Some capes may only be earned once in a lifetime or once in a year.

:Diamond: Specific Cape Ideas :Diamond: :

:Diamond: Capes earned for buying the alpha or beta version of minecraft.
:Diamond: Playing minecraft online or a certain amount of times or for an amount of time like hours or so.
:Diamond: Playing minecraft on a holiday like halloween or easter.
:Diamond: Mining a certain material on minecraft or finding one like mushrooms or pumpkins.
:Diamond: Capes earned for creating a profile on minecraft forums or for going to notch's dev. blog.
:Diamond: Killing a certain type of monster a certain amount of times.
:Diamond: Crafting special types of items.

:Diamond: Some other capes may be earned by doing something multiple times :Diamond: :

:Diamond: Kill 50 monsters in minecraft
    :Diamond: Hunt 5 pigs.
:Diamond: Craft 3 loafs of bread.
:Diamond: Play minecraft for one hour for 3 days.

This could be like an achievment system like on Xbox or Playstation.
I really love this idea and i think many minecrafters would go nuts for something like this.
Reply with your own say on if this should be so and add your own cape award ideas or designs.

:Diamond: Please keep this post going! :Diamond:

    :Diamond: MINECRAFT FOREVER! :Diamond:

    Um how about no?

Capes should be like your skin, you should be able to reskin to what ever you like, when ever you like. capes should be there initially or with some sort of other one time achievement

posted a message on Increased Map Height
I do not like the idea of needing oxygen tanks for the differant levels of the mountains, and the fatigue factor is really quite silly, instead it should work like this, because Notch said he is adding sprinting in the adventure update, all fatigue can be put on to the new running feature, instead of normal walking. In real life one would not need oxygen at 8000 meters and even then its usually unnecessary up over 10,000 meters (mount everest) , if you are not doing some sort of race at that altitude, and the heat factor would take place 2-4 kilometers below the earths crust, not higher, and even then most of the time it would just induce sana like conditions. .

I personally have done a marathon at 3000 meters, and while I was impaired in speed, it was still possible, and not as hard as you would think, and dont think this is the only thing wrong with your suggestions, you need to look a lot of things up, and think about what would be FUN.

BRAND NEW MAP. APPLY FOR A FRESH EXPERIENCE.

Minecraft goes back to basics. Read to find out more!
    ___________________________________________________________________________________________

After a very successful start we're ready to recruit a few more people.
We are a very new, very small and very close community who enjoys Minecraft. We've been playing together for the last couple of days, trying to shape our world. As of right now we have a few people white listed and all of them are active.

We've decided to recruit a few more people and we're going to do it the same way as we did it last time: Only the best applications will go through!
    ___________________________________________________________________________________________
    [-] Map created: 26th June 2011
[-] 24/7 Uptime - Not down unless for an update!
[-] Pure survival - Stay alive and be careful
[-] Item spawning? You wish. Gather everything yourself!
[-] Griefing is a thing of the past. The tough application process will limit the possiblity.
[-] Slots: 15 - Applications are not always successful so this will not necessarily max out.
    [-] Whitelist: Check.
    ___________________________________________________________________________________________

Who needs iConomy, NPC's and shops? What happened to the good old style of gathering and building, plain and simple. Any plugins used will be for protection and upkeep of the server as well as any that could assist in the future.

    [-] Essentials
    [-] Bukkit
    [-] LWC
    [-] EZCalc

    ___________________________________________________________________________________________
[-] Griefing is disallowed for obvious reasons.
[-] No need to cheat or glitch
[-] Everybody is an equal player, no need to disrespect others.
[-] Ranks are not important, you don't need to beg for one!
[-] Mature language is allowed but use common sense before you type.
    [-] Nobody likes floating leaves!

Of course you should know all of these already. If you plan on causing trouble then you can find another server.

posted a message on Player looking for build server,
I would consider my self a good builder I am 16, and have been playing minecraft for 1.5 + years. I've been looking for a build server that does not have spawned items and is mainly vanilla for a long time, with a dedicated community with people usually on. I am also willing to work on building for servers, like cities and towns, as long as I am required to NOT use world edit.

I need a good build server, I prefer a decent size one (one that has at the least around 32 people on 90% of the time) is not laggy, do not care if it has a whitelist or not, can get items easily, (ie spawn or some kind of easy economy thing) but can handle it if there are not such servers, and has mining as the main source of resource extraction.

posted a message on Minecraft Editor. No longer java programming!
    Quote from DrNightKOT »
All of us have seen those awesome mods, but you need to know java. With my suggestion modding is easier!

It is Minecraft modding toolkit. Includes many tools that can help you in many aspects.

Main window: You must choose the mod file, or just vanilla minecraft (You can choose multiple files).
Item Editor: In this window you can edit and add items.
    The parameters for tool:
Damage capacity: How much damage can the item get untill it breaks.
Base power: The amount of damage tool gives to block
Stackable: Can the block get stackable?
    Name: [description]
    ID: Item ID.
Script: The spectial MINESCRIPT language can help you!
    Crafting pattern: [description]
    Smelting time: [description]
    Icon: The icon of item
    The parameters for food item:
    Stackable: [description]
    ID: [description]
    Name: [description]
    Sript: [description]
Health regained: The amount of hp you get from eating.
    Icon: [description]
    The parameters for another items:
    Name: [description]
    ID: [description]
    Sript: [description]
    Icon: [description]

This is actually the easiest editor. So I won't talk about it much.

Block Editor: This is something more interesting than previous one.
    The parameters:
Skin: The block skin or sprite.
Sprite/block: What is it? Block or sprite.
    Solid: [description]
Emits light?: 0 for no light 15 max light.
Light 100% fade: The radius of light emmited by block.
Can be placed on celling/floor/wall: [description]
    Script: [description]
    Name: [description]
    ID: [description]
    Movement speed: Yspeed Xspeed Zspeed.
    Liqud: Y/N?
Liquidicity: How fast it will spread?Example Values: 15 Lava, 20 Water, 1000 Classic water
Model: A minecraft model (For items like doors or chairs)
Size: The size of a block. You must specify the pozitions of blocks though.
Group: Group of blocks: Rock, Wood, ground etc
    TNT resistance: [description]
Damage capacity: How much damage can it hold.

This is more interesting I think. But it is simple again.

Model editor: Yes Everyone will love it. It is model editor. You edit models like in Omen or Worldcraft (VHE, or Valve Hammer Editor). After the model parts are finished you can animate them. Each animation called different. Nothing interesting about the values.

    NPC/Mob editor: The mob editor.
    Parameters:
Wild: If the mob is not wild it will live in village
    Hostility: Friendly/Passive/Agressive
    ID: [description]
    Name: [description]
    Ignore line of sight: [description]
    Items: The mob drops
    Script: [description]
    Damage to player: [description]
AI: You can tell there what mob does.
    Speed: [description]
    Can Fly: Can it fly?
    Can Swim: Can it swim?
Model: A model from previous described model editor.

Gamemode Editor: Editor of gamemodes. You can script gamemode, so I don't have any ideas to make it more simple.

Map Editor (for dungeon and levers mode): You can make a map, like you do in VHM. Adding entities also works the same way as in VHM.

    Edit1(I forgot it to include)
Generator and Realms editor: You give a way to enter the realm, and edit terrain generator. You may add the objects like dungeons to generator code!

Java isn't that hard, and this is oversimplification. the parameters required to edit those are fairly easy to find and edit. This would be a waste of time for notch, but if a modder is willing to do this, then be my guest.
