    The text ID of the block is lucky:lucky_block. The numerical ID will vary depending on the Minecraft version and other mods installed, so avoid using it. However, if only the Lucky Block mod is used, the the id will be the next number after the highest Minecraft block id, so I think that's 198 in Minecraft 1.8. I cannot guarantee this though, so use the text id.

    It is not one of those redistributing sites because I have given it full permission, talked to the author of the site, and the ad earnings are fairly distributed. Consider it a different version of adfly, but just as safe.

    To be fair, I can only allow you to do that under the same conditions as I have allowed other people with similar requests. You may, but the final download may not include the mod itself, only an alternate configuration file and/or other recources.

    If you have a lucky block with level 100, here is a list of how likely each @luck is:

    @luck=2 - 77.05%
    In case you are unaware, each drop has an @luck property, which determines how 'good' of a drop it is. Therefore, with a 100 level lucky block, you will almost never get unlucky things, and most likely something realy good.

    You're syntax is almost correct, but it just needs two changes. One, normal brackets '(' should be used instead of curly ones '{'. And two, equal signs '=' instead of colons ':'. Here is fixed version:

    maxHealth and other entity properties are stored as something called 'Attributes'. Here is an example of how to set attributes:
    type=entity,ID=Zombie,NBTTag=(Attributes=[(Name=generic.maxHealth,Base=1000D),(Name=generic.attackDamage,Base=5D)])
    This will spawn a Zombie with 1000 health and dealing 5 attack damage with each hit. Note that the numbers must end with 'D', this is to indicate that the attributes are doubles (i.e. don't have to be whole numbers, such as 2.5). In case you are wondering how to find stuff like this, Minecraft wiki has a great list of NBTTags here, and a list of attributes here.

    There is currently no way of doing this which doesn't require editing the actual code. While I'm sure there are ways of decompiling the mod, it would be quite difficult to add support for generating in a dimension added by another mod, especially in a mostly obfuscated environment. As for generating in the nether (and the end) the Lucky Block already does that.

    It seams that you have the wrong version of forge. Your version is 8.0.16.1021, and this is not the real 1.8 version (Actually, it's the FML only version, and not the full Minecraft Forge). The real 1.8 versions can be found here.

    Love the Mod

    Well, first I would be curious to know what users would want to be added from this update to the 1.7.10 update. Most of the changes in this update where for compatibility, technical improvements and bug fixes, but not many new features where added. The only major new change is the texture, but apart from that I don't see many things that would greatly improve the 1.7.10 version. Also, on a side note, this isn't the complete 1.8 update. I am currently working on a new structure system, and will hopefully add many structures to the next version.

    Perhaps you forgot to add the line at the top that indicates the version, such as '5.1.0'. This would cause the config to reset overtime you start Minecraft. If not, then maybe changing the amount of Lucky Eggs is difficult to realise. You could try changing something a bit more obvious, like the display name of an item.

    I would suggest trying it in this format: ID=ExtraUtilities:generator,damage=#[email protected]=2
    I'm not exactly sure what the 64 is at the end of 'generator' is for, though. If you want a stack of 64 you could do this: ID=ExtraUtilities:generator,damage=#random-0-11,[email protected]=2
