Why Should we Pick You?: You should pick me because I have been staff on a few servers. I currently co-own a Minecraft hosting company therefore I know a lot about Minecraft management, how to work with new players, working well with other staff members, etc.
Experience of Staff on Other Servers (including IP)- I've been staff on a few servers a while back... This was like 6-8 months ago (I don't have the IP's anymore). When I found out I could run my own servers, I didn't find the need to be staff on other servers. Recently, I've been getting tired of all the stress that I had running my own server, including all the plugin management. So, I decided I would like to get back into helping other servers. This time, I most likely won't end up quitting on a server because I know what it feels like trying to manage your own server by yourself with almost no help.
Dedicated Time- A lot! Up to at least 4 hours a day.
What Can You Bring- I can bring in new players, advertise for the server, experience within plugin management, etc. I can also work really well with other staff members..
Are you expecting pay- I am not expecting pay because I'm not really money hungry. I don't find the need for server owners having to pay staff members. If you decide you want to be generous, I'll accept the offer, but other than that, I don't need any pay.
