Why do you want to devour universes? You DO know there's not an infinite amount of them, right?
Also, what would happen if you devoured another universe devouring black hole that was devouring a 3rd universe devouring black hole?
There may not be infinite, but there are ALOT. Take every decision in life, every movement, everything. There are already so many combinations. Multiply that by 7.3 billion. Also, the laws of physics can be different in other universes. There are probably more than 1010^10^100 universes.
Also, for your second question, I would probably absorb (is that the right term?) them both if they have less mass. Basically, if black holes collide, not much energy is released as most of it stays inside the black hole.
