Hmm, did you make a backup of the PC world before porting it? Otherwise maybe try searching up a tutorial on how to change MCPE worlds to PC worlds.

Looks really good for a 16x texturepack (with and without shaders). Good job.

Online multiplayer has already been confirmed by the developers of Minecraft Pocket Edition, and will be in the next update of the game, 0.7.0. Because of this, this thread has absolutely no value anymore.

Feel free to report these bugs to either the bug tracker, or to the bug tracking thread to find possible fixes for the bug.

I am currently unaware of a fix for it though.
