Everyone who came across Mark thought of him as shy however the adults and teachers thought of him as disrespectful. He was very docile and would try to the best of his ability he wanted to succeed and by all means he wasn't lazy he always thought of himself as a bit dull compared to his friends and parents. As time went on Mark grew to his adolescent years his father suggested a strange idea, sword fighting. Though this seemed to be an archaic form of combat he didn't object or grumble. As his father showed him the basics he understood quickly much more quickly than he would have with any other skill. A year later Mark's father revealed to Mark that he was a former demon hunter and wanted Mark to follow in his footsteps and take the position. Mark was somewhat enthralled by the idea of being someone important, that he would be able to make a difference at his age. He was elated and agreed, his father then gave him some supplies including a medium sized blade that had been handed down generation to generation called the Elbrus. Thus began Mark's new life as a demon hunter
