*- When can you be active?
Available generally after 7PM Eastern time until around midnight on weekdays, generally available all day on weekends.
*- Why do you deserve this position (Why should we pick you over someone else?)
I have years of coding experience. I started programming over 6 years ago with basic languages like vbscript and Windows batch. My first taste of a real language was with AutoIt. Later, I took a class in high school for Java, which gave me my first taste of Object Oriented programming. My senior year, I created a few mods for Minecraft, so we could play on the school machines with an offline server. I go to school for computer science now, where C++ is the language of choice. Since January, I've been working for a software company, writing software for airplanes in C, and I'll be here until my third year at school begins.
*- Why did you choose us?
You look like you know what you're looking for. I like that you guys seem to be a bit past the brainstorming phase, with some clear goals like your RPG classes. You've kept your goals simple to make the game not only doable by a small team, but simple enough for new players to understand. I'm looking to code for fun with a team that has realistic goals and a solid plan. I want to be part of a successful server, and I think I contribute the most as a developer.
- Past Server Experience
I currently run a small server on a Debian VPS with a peak of about 10 players. It has no website, I simply enjoy hosting the server and working with plugins. I'm fluent with worldedit and essentials.
- Past Experience with RPG (Does not have to be Minecraft)
I've played RPGs, games I've played recently include Skyrim, Fallout, and roguelike such as Dungeon Crawl Stone Soup, Nethack, and the "rogue-lite" FTL.
- Plugin knowledge (1-10):
I have no trouble using worldedit or essentials as I use them daily, i don't use world guard on my server currently. Overall, 8/10
- Can you build (post pictures)?
Im more interested in developing the RPG
- Are you a technical or social person?
I don't see the two as mutually exclusive, but I think my technical side is stronger. I'm very goal driven, and once I get involved in something, I tend to tune everything else out. Given the choice, I'd rather be at home hacking away at some new idea than out partying.
I apologize for any errors, I typed this all out on my phone.
I think I should be let onto the server because the idea of being able to work together as a team to build a community with our own hands really sounds like something that I would like to be a part of.
I just got banned for showing kronflux that I could walk out of the jail, but I promptly walked back in and was going to ask to be let out and he banned me. I was wondering f I could get unbanned :sad.gif:

You can hack out of jail( I learned my lesson, underd0g), spawn any block type on modded servers, create a makeshift wallhack, and a few other things.

I'm sure I could decompile the java code, take that out, and recompile it and it would still work.
