My roommate and I decided to try out mods for the first time. We downloaded Mincecraft Comes Alive, Xearo's minimap, Optifine, Pam's Harvest Craft, Exotic Birds, Dungeons, Gravestones, and the Camping Mod. This is all for 1.8.9 since that is the highest my roommate's computer can play. We are playing on LAN.
The problem keeps occurring whenever we get near a village. It crashes! We have removed mods all down to Xearo's and MCA but the problem kept occurring. Right now, we are just playing with Exotic Birds and HarvestCraft. We thought it might have been MCA but the world would crash soon after my roommate joined. And it was crashing by saying the connection was lost. But both of us are connect to an ethernet cable. We have no idea what could be causing it.
Also, HarvestCraft is missing most of its textures. I think only trees have their textures still. I've tried re-downloading the mod (all the mods actually), removing texture packs and adding textures packs. Not sure why this is happening.

Hi, MCA! I'm here to report a bug or crash my friend and I are receiving.
Every time we get near any village, we suddenly are pulled from the game. We get the error "A fatal error has occurred. Connection Terminated." Or something along those lines. It will also crash whenever he goes to join occasionally. We have no idea how to fix this. We have tried starting several different worlds, removing the mod, and even restarting out computers. We are playing with one other mod: Xaero's Minimap. We are playing the 1.8.9 version (friends computer can't go above that) and are playing by LAN. We did have other mods installed but, thinking they were the error that we were receiving, we removed them from the game.
I really hope you can help us fix this problem! I've played earlier versions before and have loved it. And this mod is by far the one we want to most to have. Please let me know if there is anything we can do or if maybe we downloaded something wrong.
Heya! Nope, you just need Forge (and the mod of course!). Unfortunately Mo Creatures' conflicts with the spawning on creatures, so if you have that installed, that may be why D:
Nope! No Mo' Creatures. There is sooo much to that mod that if I installed it, it would only be that mod.
So then do they just spawn sparsely? I was traveling a river but saw no ducks or swans? Are they just rarer than normal animals (pigs, cows, etc.)?

For some reason, none of the textures are appearing in the mod. Trees are but that is it. Is there a reason as to why or how we can fix it?
Version 1.8.9 is being used.

So for some reason, none of the birds are spawning? Is there something else other than just Forge I should also install?
I am playing with other mods. If you need a list, please let me know! I don't know why the birds aren't spawning.
I am using the 1.8.9 version.
