Just a few things I've noticed:
Smooth Lighting causes a crash when changed on main page via options.
Multiple different lighting failures in the game.
Mountain range is notable bigger than other biomes, a bit overpowering.
Some NPC villages have a stone house that spawns 1 block too low, causing the door to be 1 block high (Confirm this is a bug?)
Friendly mob generator a bit too high? (I saw 16 pigs on my screen 20 blocks from my spawn)
F3 is no longer debug mode, so you can't see mob IDs. (Good call Mojang)
Cloud height raised (No longer floats through buildings, another great change)
So far it's a nice update, still working on reviewing it. Can't wait to Youtube this.

I contributed my opinion to the topic. COD and games like such as commonly generalized as games with an immature teenager userbase, and I gave my opinion on such generalization with my own generalization. Please link me to the rule that says we're not allowed to give our opinions, unless they're proven scientific fact, on a discussion board, thanks.

Sure, I'm being a smartass, but I'm making a point. Which is more than can be said for 95% of posts on this forum, granted this topic is probably the most mature I've seen in a while with the exception of your non-contributional post.

Yes I can. Generally, most people that play Minecraft are from Mars. See, I made a generalization. It doesn't mean I'm right, it's means that, in my opinion, most people that play Minecraft are from Mars. Last I checked, we are all entitled to our public opinion on a discussion board.

His video isn't related to passive mobs, it's related to aggressive mobs. Moreover, his theories make absolutely no sense and is not supported by any animal spawning algorithm code in the game. What he's doing is just limiting the dark areas to his mob spawner to give more of a chance aggressive mobs will spawn there, which is completely true.

Considering I'm a teenager, I can relate to my statement.

It doesn't matter what biome the chunk is, as long as it's not desert or ocean. I've noticed grasslands have the most spawns. The "perfectly sculpted chunk" is, from bedrock to skylimit, a 16x16 grass platform every 3 layers, lit by sunlight. Even then, I've done this x8 and only had two cows spawn. The chunk will never be reproduced in a normal survival gameplay, so it's not "rare" that it will happen, it's impossible. You need to make it manually. As for sheep, yes, they do not grow wool back in 1.8, they will always stay sheered.
People have found animals can respawn, myself included, it's just the conditions needed to get an animal to respawn is so complicated and harsh that it will never be replicated in a normal survival game. However, there's always the one or two glitches that rarely happen that will cause animals to respawn differently, but they shouldn't be included in the statistics of spawning.

Found it. Was looking at Notch's status. Thank you for the wording, +1.

Added your summary to the OP, as it's perfect.

Things that suck in their opinion, not specifically everyone's opinion, just theirs.

I'm not going to read through the better part of one thousand tweets. If you don't feel like posting your source, I'm going to continue to believe the better-known theory that F6/F7 was accidentally removed from both, when it was just supposed to be removed from Survival, and we'll both move on.

Source? F6/F7 was supposed to be in creative, but it worked in Survival also. They removed it from both for reasons unknown (Most likely not enough time to fix it to be Creative only).
