I really love your texture pack, I use the 256x and it makes even Minecraft look realistic. However could I just ask for one thing? Higher res font. I know it may seem ridiculous but the low res default Minecraft font really conflicts with this beautiful pack. Thanks!

I just put Misa's old font in the texture pack whenever Scuttles updates the pack.
Works like a charm.
The crosshair was messed up, so rather than fix it I 'removed' it.
I kinda just put a black dot in the middle, but it's pretty hard to see.
Still usable for aiming, while not being an eye sore. IMO at least.
I also improved the quality of the gui icons by sharpening the hell out of it, I did that after these pictures though, so you are going to have to dl it yourself to find the difference :tongue.gif:
The terrain does look quite impressive so I may do a x32 after all. The items... not so much. =/
Major refinements will be needed on the items to make them look good.
Both the items and GUI look great if you made them from scratch for 32x32, my issue was that I just resized it...

If it needs to use more than 999, and it isn't allowed to, it's going to crash with 'Out of Memory', or provide the white texture issue.
My game runs flawlessly, a majority of the time it runs UNDER 900MB, 999 is just the highest I ever see it run at, and I monitor it closely.
Memory Leak issue on your end.
It may run well, but if you weren't having this issue odds are it would run BETTER. :tongue.gif:
Is it possible you could link me to a working version of the GLSL shaders please, i've tried the modded 1.6.6 ones that were in the GLSL thread, it refuses to work, any help would be appreciated on that note.

Unless you have another explanation, sounds like a memory leak to me.

However, Notch thinks Mip-mapping sucks.
I suppose the other two may be implemented in the future though, he hasn't spoken negatively against them.
Though, currently, AA is available via the GLSL Shader modification; and mip-mapping is available via a Mod-loader mod.
No AF yet though :sad.gif:

This version IS WildGrass compatible, I use them together fine.
WildGrass is incompatible with the MCPatcher version though...
I also experience no problems with ModLoader+MCPatcher BetterGrass by itself...
