I meant to post a joke telling you to make an update as a birthday present, I recall posting it but either my memory is failing me again (does that a lot) or I did it and it just didn't go through. :tongue.gif:
Try to make the glowstone brighter. The old glowstone you had really looked like it could cast a light but this one makes it feel like you took a gold block and made it light up the surroundings.
It's like a flashlight casting a light on a surface, but when you look at the flashlight it self, it's turned off.
Make it look kinda like this:
That looks like a potato with an inverted wiener.
Do it, Scuttles! :biggrin.gif:
Anyway, just download Windows 7 and use your CD key for installation. I don't think you need a USB drive for that at all.
I need a USB Drive to put Win7 in so I can boot from it and install.
I could just put it on a blank cd, but I don't have anymore blank ones and it would be cheaper to get a USB drive than to get more discs... plus the drive is reusable.
Go to *makernamehere* support, and download the drivers for your model there.
It's not a driver issue...
The main problem I'm having is the Windows Installer is corrupted.
I tried registering it again, and the registry is fine.
The installer module itself is corrupted.
I would just reinstall Windows Installer, which would be easy-peasy if I were on XP, but on Vista and 7 it's built in and there is no external installation package for it.
It wouldn't be that big of a deal, since I have almost everything that relies on MSI already installed...
But with the corruption, .NET FRAMEWORK decided to hitch a ride.
So now I can't play any GFWL game unless I get it working....
That and I need to install a program to mod my phone, and that program relies on MSI too...
What have you been up to the past week or so, Phantom? You just up and disappeared. =S
Heh, I've been modding my phone a bunch... have really fell out of MC.
Waiting for 1.8 ;-)
I'm messing around with MC again due to lack of anything better.
My computer is ****ed up, my Windows installation is almost entirely corrupted.
I think my hard drive is failing, even though WD's extended test came up as passing.
I need to save up $15 for a USB drive so I can reinstall :tongue.gif:
Out of CDs >.<
$15 for USB drive, and like $155 for new hard drives.
Thinking of getting (1TB) WD Caviar Black for my Windows Installation and games, and then a Samsung F3 dedicated to fraps recording and movies.
What sucks about this is I'm completely broke, should have the $15 sometime this week though.
Windows is so corrupted that it claims I have no internet connection, and whenever I click the Solve PC Issues flag in the taskbar it opens up my System32 folder.
Oh, and sound doesn't work either! :biggrin.gif:

(*no proof that this was the cause)
You can just put the text (or even an HTML) document on dropbox like Zombe does for his modpack.
The bandwidth limitations don't matter so much since it's only a tiny text file.

Sorry if she posted her status on that before, I didn't see it.
I mean, it would be better if Dax updated it anyway, but Modding API won't be in till 1.8, and who knows how long that's going to take. :S

Watch that... don't ask for an update until you see one for "1.7.2".
This goes for quite a lot of modifications.

I doubt he even knows.

Do you have a x64 OS and x64 Java?

No... not solved...
Either wait for 1.7 and hope, or buy more RAM + 64bit if applicable.

Shouldn't take me that long, I'll probably be set up in like 20 minutes.
I purchased it on Steam a while ago, so it's dling at 5.1MB/s.
