That's fine with me, those limits are rational. I like how you took care of that, fine. A time limit makes sense. Since the nerf makes sense, I don't think its harsh. Considering how long it may take to stitch myself together... I'd say 30-45 mins?

If you leave the head, yes. I didn't say they could live without a head.

Massive Damage= Typical zombie stuff, they could get cut in half and be good. Most living things would fail to live that.

Huh, didn't think racial would actually count for once. Well, if I had to choose I'd say:

    Zephyr Shot

    Ready Position

    Firearm Proficiency

    The Unending

Sure, I'll get rid of the Energy Drain. Ability Drain would be as simple as cutting her lower arms off. She wouldn't even be able to properly fire. Oh, and I can see people saying undead should be affected by the things listed, but quite a few things make sense once you think about it. Poison? They're not alive to begin with, nor do their organs really work. Paralysis? I don't know what zombies run on, but I'm sure a taser isn't going to stop it. Mental tricks probably wouldn't work very well on something like that, but I do know they can be distracted. Exhaustion? They aren't alive, its like telling a robot to get tired. Disease, same thing as poison.

    Did this help?

    ((TERRIBAD COPY THINGY INCOMING))

    Name:
    Iska

    Gender:
Female? Can you even say that if they're undead?

    Age:
In terms of what age they're stuck at, 25.

    Race:
Undead (I could go into depth, but I need to do more research to determine what
type. All I know is they seemed to have retained themselves.)

    Level:
    1

    Stats:
(You have 12 points to start)

    -
    STR: 2

    -
    END:2

    -
    DEX: 4

    -
    INT:1

    -
    MAG:3

    -
    MGR:0

    Appearance:
Iska is a 6 armed Undead, normally seen wearing a torn up cloak and what gets
decently close to modern armor in terms of looks. She only designed it that way
because it seemed more effective to carry things all over the body rather than
to stuff it all in a bag. Always have a backup weapon is what she goes by.
She's about 5'7. Two of the arms have fingers that are mended together, though
this isn't much of an issue considering those are pistol or support hands.

Equipment: Single shot man portable "Cannon"(I guess
    it'd be considered one. It's
    14.5×114mm or .57 cal.style='font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt'>) (DEX 3+, STR 2+, MAG 2+) Dagger x2 (DEX 1+)
Blunderbuss Pistol (Those exist…) (DEX 2+, MAG 1+) Her armor would count as
Modified Padded Leather. It may be good against a poorly sharpened blade. (STR
2+, END 2+) Other than weapons and armor, she does carry a spellbook if she
ever needs to remember a specific spell/enchant. (MAG+2, INT+1) Not many things
are needed for an Undead, she does carry some stitching equipment if she gets a
    limb removed though.

    Magic,
    Powers and Important Skills:

    Racial:
The Unending- Immune to poison, sleep, mind-affecting, stuns and disease
effects. (Checked up on undead, they have pros and cons.) Immune to exhaustion
and fatigue, as well as anything lowering it's physical ability scores. Ability
drain isn't very helpful unless it's mana drain. Not at risk from massive damage, for 30 min, but is toast at
0HP. I guess if you can summon the dead, you might be able to help out. No need to sleep, breathe or eat.

    NOW,
as for actual skills and powers…

Ready Position: She needs to do this every time before firing her rifle, unless she
wants to be tossed like a ragdoll. Uses her lower set of arms and hands (The
mended ones) to semi-root herself. This can be done using any surface,
preferably the ground. (STR+1, MAG 1+)

    Zephyr
Shot: Mainly used for her Blunderbuss pistols, which never actually fire ammo,
but fire magic. (Unless she loads them) Fires Air based projectiles. Definitely
shorter than reloading. Can be used on her rifle to steady the bullet or
    increase it's velocity. (MAG 2+)

    Firearm
Proficiency: Improves damage with firearms. (DEX 2+)

    History:
Iska… Where to start… Well, before she died, she was both an engineer (If
that’s what they called them) and a mage. She wanted to create weapons beyond
wands and books for other mages, something that didn't rely solely on their
mana. So she decided to make a series of magic compatible firearms. Something
that could fire both normal rounds, magic or an assisted round. She succeeded
in making such items, and quickly grew popular among those who had known her. A
bit too popular… Wasn't long before someone got jealous and offed her. Oh well,
now she's upgraded with more arms, perfect for her talent with firearms. With
nobody that could recognize her, she had practically nothing better to do with
her … unlife but to explore. (Got super lazy)

    Other:
Hmm… Boom Headshot! Or Bodyshot… No running and gunning with such a big gun,
that'd be godlike. I get the feeling the skin of the enemy is going to be
really tough anyways… Right? I mean, look at Dragon Scales. Those things can be
    .50cal proof.

((THIS THING WON'T COPY PASTE RIGHT...Also, the armor looks similar, but most likely not exact. Also, she has no face mask, and visibly sharp teeth.))

"How unfortunate. You haven't seen what I've been up against before have you... Teleporting is old news." Lahire sat there as a shield took the blow with only a crackling of electricity going across the front. "Not even good enough for the shield? C'mon, you've gotta know how to get around the shield to even scratch me. I'll tell you one thing, that wasn't enough."

The Drone was destroyed, but that didn't matter. The other one was fine, so it had a simple job. Stab Kugshini. Even if this one were destroyed, it'd only be worse for them both. The remaining Drone brandished it's energy sword, lunging at him.

Lahire had been notified of the destruction of one of his Drones and took to the skies at the same speed he had moved backwards earlier. Now a Vic Viper had been summoned in the place of the downed drone, transforming into it's jet mode and firing 4 missiles at Gideon. (I suggest looking him up too. Similar idea to Nephtis, but there are differences. Mainly health and speed.) If the missiles hit, they'd do possibly 1/4 of his total health. That's if all 4 missiles were to hit. Lahire launched more of the same projectile as earlier, not seeming to be worried. To him, it really didn't matter whether it hurt or not. All he had to do was irritate Gideon to no end.

After reading the intro and all the spoilers, I didn't see something that gives out a basic number to allocate skill points. Like, I'm not very good at judging how many based off of other people either...

"Shame on you." Lahire dashed backwards at an extreme speed, leaving a turbulence behind him. (Yep, Nephtis is stupid fast m80.) He quickly launched 6 energy projectiles off of the wing like projections on his back. They probably wouldn't deal too much damage if they hit, but may cause a stun effect if he isn't well enough fortified. The Drones moved away from Gideon, not bothering to play fair, converged on Kugshini. Two shots were fired, with a decent chance of missing (Why missing instead of dodging? Because the BeR is hitscan, so missing is all he can do.) due to the Drones simply hip firing the Beam Rifles. If one managed to hit somewhere besides the head, it would deal massive damage, about 1/3 of his health. (Comparing to Brute) If both hit, you get the gist of it.

    ((DisneyLand XD))

"D-Date? Not saying that I'm against it... But that's besides the point." Lahire looked away slightly, avoiding people's gazes. He smiled slightly, but stopped before turned back. He expected her to agree with him, not mention jealousy...

"I-I don't get jealous... At least I don't think I am... I just don't know if this guy is trustworthy... Considering the circumstances... Not really..." Lahire wasn't too keen on having a villain, even a rent collecting minor, messing with his future teammate. He turned to the two men agai as they mentioned something about "Breaking them in."

"Man... Again? I nearly killed someones pet... Whatever it was, 5 seconds ago. I kid you not, This will hurt like Hell. I'd prefer you just leave, but if I must..." Lahire summoned 2 Holo-Drones from Halo 2, both wielding Beam Rifles. Lahire himself took on the form of Nephtis from Zone Of The Enders. (10 feet tall instead of massive XD)

    "Last chance."

Lahire seemed a bit interested in the knight, though he quickly told everyone why. "We have a Nightmare from Soul Caliibur? Sweet. I don't think that's what Soul Edge looked like though...."

Apparently some man by the name of Gideon had taken a liking to Katarina already, which for some reason wasn't surprising. It wasn't long before he was smacked to the side by the Nightmare clone, which Lahire found funny. He let out a small laugh, then listened to Gideon's pointless monologuing.

"So you mean to tell me, that you three villains, are completely normal with certain things....? Like, I thought when someone mentioned villains they meant something along the lines of a complete and utter tyrant. I guess there's more to that? Oh, and Nightmare has a point here, I'm getting vibes from this one. She probably doesn't even have time for that... Oh, and if we're on the subject of forbidden love, I'm just going to say that is probably at the bottom of everyone's list... There are so many better types of love stories than that... This one's a bit overused."

Lahire wasn't very comfortable knowing that these people were supposedly villains, but acting so friendly. It was unnatural, possibly a trap. Sure, he could probably help out again, but he didn't really feel like bringing even more people here.

"Figures... Oh well." The drone deactivated, revealing a small metal sphere with glowing lights on it. The ball disappeared as well, and Lahire made his way down from the tree. His Active Camo was no longer in use, but he still had the game selected just in case something happened. He walked towards Katarina and the two who were apparently frienemies. "As much as I'd like to be confused, something about this makes sense. Not very much though." Vincent had mentioned other villains, but apparently they were either out of his league or too weak. 'Must suck to be him...' Lahire thought to himself. "So basically, you were just bored today...? Seems legit."

Lahire turned to face Katarina, with a expression that could give off several different messages. The one he intended to get across though, was simple. 'You owe me big time...' "So, you're okay I assume? Luckily I'm a decently quick thinker... And by quick I mean pull out the biggest gun possible and start spamming...Though that wasn't anywhere near the worst..."

The drone sighed, seemingly disappointed that they already had a problem on their hands. "And I just got this cleaned too... Oh well. I guess the sword won't do then..." The hilt of the Vorpal Talon disappeared, being replaced by a Lynx Sniper Rifle (COD:Ghosts. It's one of the few games with a decent Guard Dog health. 4 shots is quite a bit from this type of rifle. Now, you may ask: "How does damage apply to enemies? If the game has organ damage, organs will be damaged. Since this game doesn't feature particular organ damage, this is how damage works. Damage drains from the targets stamina. How could this possibly kill something? Not enough stamina to keep the heart beating or the brain functioning? Dead.) within 2 seconds.

He aimed down the scope, lining up the crosshairs with the side of the beast. He took two shots, which would hit due to the fact that guns from COD don't have travel time. He would soon take two more shots, which have a high probability of missing due to his impatience with recoil management. (In other words, he'll only hit if the wolf jumps into the recoiled shots.) The beast would most likely feel 50% drained, as a Guard Dog in that game could take 4 shots. "Come at me. You won't survive. That is a promise."

( I would find a game with better health for dog-like creatures, but he only knows about games I know about.)

The drone Lahire sent out shook the stranger's hand (Halo 2 holo-drones are physical... It's weird.) and introduced itself. "My name's Lahire. Nice to see someone else here. And yes, this is the EPM-3... Gamer girl? Interesting, I thought those went extinct when guys started pressuring your type too much. If you're having trouble remembering the game, it's COD Advanced Warfare. I don't blame you, that game was pretty bad... The weapons were the only good part." The drone lifted it's head some, trying to get a better look at who it was talking to. Anyone could see the majority of their face by now.

It was about to say something before being interrupted by a familiar looking fish stick. (Fish jokes. Terrible fish jokes.) The drone initially aimed the heavy weapon at the newcomer, but quickly lowered it after they apologized. "... Okay... Random Undine cosplayer... I guess your power helps you look the part? Very nice detailing." The drone gave a thumbs up with it's left hand. "I'll go check out that guy, I'm expendable... You aren't. I'll let you two know if he's a friendly." The drone seemed to have gotten rid of the EPM-3, swapping it for a deactivated Vorpal Talon (Halo 5 Energy Sword Variant.)which rested on the drones leg, defying real-world logic of gravity. (Playermodels are nice XD) It headed over to the possible enemy, as it wouldn't be very surprising if such a person was waiting in ambush.

"Hi. What's your name?" It would make the most sense to see if they'd even be interested in talking before unnecessarily attacking them. Besides, this guy wouldn't be able to handle the damage output of the sword, unless he blocked the strike. (Spartans in Halo have titanium armor, shielding and are the same height or taller than this guy. He'd be classified as a spartan by the sword, and thus the sword would deal the damage a spartan would receive. If he were taller, say 10 or 12 feet, he'd be alot harder to deal with. It'd count him as a Hunter or Promethean Knight of high ranking most likely.)
