You can get on TS without a mic and just listen and type. A lot of people don't have mics, but we talk about a lot of important stuff. The admins will take anyone's input during the TS conversations, so your opinions do matter. Also, it's a lot of fun and you'll get to know everyone better and understand our inside jokes :tongue.gif:

Thank you Zev! You're making a strong step to opening this clan up. Sadly, what your saying now won't work. When I said listen to other people, I meant doing that during the time when this clan has more people. Right now, this clan is doing horrible with only like 4 active members. Taking opinions isn't going to work right now. First you need to take Gil's advice and start a new OP with a CLAN account. But before you do that, I'll say what I said from the beginning. GET A NEW NAME. The PIOTH is hated by a lot of other clans and servers. If you get a new name, you'll be starting a truly name slate. The KoA will allow you back seeing that gil is out of control and that you truly are starting a new way. Why not have the crew leaders be the leaders instead of having NO leader. That way you do have set leaders. Get rid of barbarians. Their only good if you have your own server. Otherwise their just members doing nothing. They won't listen to anyone and probably will just rebel.

Accept more people. Pirates work in NUMBERS. If you decline everyone, then this will happen again. You don't need to accept everyone, but if someone fills it out and looks like a good person, let them in. You don't need to tell them coordinates or anything, but check how they act and see if their worthy of getting actual information. Maybe start with a "newbie" town where only new pirates can really go. Once promoted into a crew, they can go to that base. That way there is actual CENTRALIZATION and ORGANIZATION, something that was really lacked.

I have nothing against PVP, but I don't think you guys want people raiding each other. As of now, why not just not allow anyone to raid yourselves, that way people don't get pissy, complain, and quit. Don't do anything with PVP as of now. BUILD UP then become a true PVP clan. A major problem you guys did was make enemies to quickly on the KoA before you were big enough. You had no members to back you up or allies. Which also leads to the idea that you need to make Allies. You can't be everyone's enemies. If you want to be great, make friends. Don't go out provoking everyone.

Oh, it may seem sarcastic but it is not, I have read all your posts and think they are mainly all valid - with a coupla exceptions. I value your input but some don't...sorry for the confusion.

And that's the point of my signature, my good friend! :tongue.gif:

All accepted. As of now, we are not going to work on the server till we set up a true plan for what we want to do. Does anyone have any ideas on what should we should start with?

Only seth and Cab agree'd with you. Ever since we went to KoA, both Windows and Kime both quit. If you think two people was enough for a sacrifice for those two members, then cool, whatever. I don't see your point because you havn't said once besides saying it was a good choice. But it doesn't matter now, I agree we need to just move on. But I'd appreciate it if you actually consulted everyone and we made a conscience decision next time. You had two out of 18 or so back you up. It's either no one cared or no one's active.
