Alright, I can't remember when I had this first map created, but decided to go and check it out again after a few months of not playing it. Traveled around for a bit, and saw this weirdness going on. Now, does building on it mess around with anything I've already built, or is it okay to build and walk around on? *The second picture is the other side of the lake thing, right across from the area in the second picture.*
Alright, so I've been working on what I nicknamed the Spire. It's sitting at the base of what I put my camp, and I'm still working on it. But I need some imput, this is going to house both an ender portal and a nether portal, and I'm still debating putting in several monster spawners, kinda like some sort of cage thing for each. This is going to be one of the larger towers I've been wanting to do for quite sometime. That and should I just keep doing the tower in obsidian? Take a look, see what you think.
This is just the inside part of the tower, everything else is just outside.
There are no dumb questions--only a LOT of dumb people haha. So.... did you notice how the OP said it's a "standalone" mod? That means that Adventurecraft is like totally separate, man! Disregard the fact that you have any files in your minecraft folders besides "minecraft.exe". Nothing will be affected. To play minecraft, you run minecraft. To play Adventurecraft, you run Adventurecraft. AC uses the MC platform, nothing else. It's basically a completely separate program. Does this answer your question? Yes? SCWHING!
Hey, guys ready for a dumb question? I was looking at this for doing some of the Zelda adventure maps, and the Dam, and whatever else comes across that uses adventurecraft right? But I want to keep the saves I have right now. If I was going to download this, would it effect those files, or could I just use MCpatcher to fix it up once and not mess my files up? *if that just made sense to any of you. :/
I've started using Admist and so far hasn't been to bad about finding villages, but when it comes to finding strongholds, it's weird. I got to the x coordinate, and the y coordinate (it's the height of the map I think) says its pretty high, so anybody have this problem as well, or just tips on how to navigate on admist?
Also, on maps, can you erase them if they already have a little bit of it mapped out? I've tried making a couple, leaving what is on the map so I can start a new map, and it records the last bit of the previous area on the map. :/
