There is actually, a decent server run by one of the members here. If you know ppl here, or post some quality posts, you'll probably get whitelisted.
That asides, can you tell us about how you came here, and your interest in the show?
Well I starting a week ago love the show i was at first one of those people who criticized it saying it was stupid then i watched it and I'm like good job you are a complete idiot this show is the best show ever and i hopped on here cause its no fun being the only one who appreciates MLP in the whole server and so i figured if i met some of the fans from the forums there would be a server i could play on in my free time so i have people who actually understand the shows level of epicness. ( I'm a pegasister W00T)!
