Am i the only one currently still working on this?
I haven't heard back from anyone.
Yeeeaahh, about that... It would seem the majority of the users have vanished from the team... Gamerzezze seems to want to help, but other than that, I haven't heard from anyone.
So hey! If anyone wants to join the team, check the first post to see what needs to be built!

My apologies Groudon, I've been excessively busy with real life, so I haven't been posting much aside from moderating. I didn't even see this topic come back up...
On this note, I would like to take this time to step down as a builder. I only play Pocket Edition in my spare time now, and don't have the time to work on large scale maps. I would love, however, to continue overseeing this topic, adding maps to the OP, linking videos of maps, and continuing in the conversation on the project. If this is okay with y'alls, it's what would work best for me. :T
So Groudon, I'll add the new map and video to the OP, and gamerzezze, if you want to build Indigo Plateau, I'd love to accept you as part of the team!

This topic is outdated, and does not pertain to Xbox One.

Sorry for locking your first topic in a while, but there's a section specifically for browsing servers now.
You can check it out here: http://www.minecraftforum.net/forum/237-mcpe-servers/

My apologies, but I must lock this as it does not follow Forum rules. If you would like to see the rules for the site, feel free to check out this link: http://rules.mcf.li/
Also, when posting in new sections, don't be afraid to take a look through some posts to see what the general purpose of the section is. If you have any questions, send me a PM, and I'll be more than happy to help you out.
Other than that, welcome to the Forums! The community is very friendly here, so I hope you have fun. Good luck!

I Would have thought a College student would know where to put a thread properly
Gotcha covered! Topic's been moved.
And welcome back to the Forums xUmadBroax! It's always great to have users return to the site. Unfortunately, I don't have an Xbox. If I did, I'd gladly play with you.
Nov 14, 2013Well, there are three ways I know of that can allow you to play with others:Posted in: MCPE: Discussion
1) When you open the app, click "Play." On the next screen, click "Edit" in the top right corner. A button should appear that says "External." Click that, as it will allow you to connect to external servers. Now you just need to find a server to join. You can find many in this section of the Forums: http://www.minecraftforum.net/forum/237-mcpe-servers/ (Just name the server whatever you want, and the "address" will be whatever the IP of the server is.)
2) There are servers hosted by Mojang themselves called "Realms." To join a Realm, you have to be whitelisted by someone who owns a Realm. To get whitelisted, just find a server that says it's a Realm, and post your son's username, so they can add it to the list of people allowed on their server.
3) There's an app on the AppStore called "Multiplayer for Minecraft PE" that allows you to set up a server, or join other people's servers that are run through the app. It can be found here: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/multiplayer-for-minecraft-pe/id609704981?mt=8
I've never tried it, personally, but I've heard it works quite well.
I hope these help, at least a little bit. If you have any questions, feel free to ask! Otherwise, good luck to you and your son!

Please do not create suggestion topics for the sole purpose of gathering ideas from others. Suggestion threads should have one well thought out idea, and should be posted to generate discussion on that idea.
Nov 12, 2013Please post some images of the map, as it will give users a better idea of what your map looks like, and allows us to ensure that it's actually compatible with Pocket Edition. If you need a tutorial on how to post images, please see this post.Posted in: MCPE: Maps
