Seriously , girtas and galax? What I'm trying to say is that Insanity Difficulty would be played by very knowledgable and skillful players in Minecraft (as JeolAutobot10 said). It would add a whole new perspective to Minecraft for very experienced players that have played for so many hours and basically became a walking minecraft encyclopedia.

I understand how you feel about that Talon but, I'm trying to help SuperPotatoGamer with a solution to his problem about him overplaying the game. You can always stick to your Hard-Hardcore Gamemode but for players who seek something absolutly insane in difficulty can use the Insanity difficulty and I get you fully. People are always gonna feel the way you do and the difficulty I mentioned is for the truly masterful people in Minecraft. It can possibly bring a whole new element of the game.

Thirst and heat would make it much harder!
Someone already made the Thirst Meter Mod and heat exhaustion from sprinting too long would make things interesting.

Herobrine? NO ONE WANTS HEROBRINE IN GAME IT IS ALWAYS SUGGESTED AND IT'S NOT GOOD. In addition, plenty of people think Hardcore is hard, so these (very bad) suggestions would mess everything up for smart people w/ brains.

    No support
Speaking of Herobrine, he should be added as a dungeon boss instead of a mod or creator controlled character. That's different than just spitting out the idea, it's adding a new game boss and upping the difficulty. Maybe even when Herobrine is defeated he can drop a super rare item in Hardcore or as I mentioned, in Insanity Mode. Also he can wear Diamond Armor with the highest level of the Protection enchantment in Insanity. Therefore adding another interesting and challenging addition to Minecraft. Herobrine could be a great perspective, you guys have to look at it in another way. Modify original ideas like I just did and add something to make it less annoying and more interesting.

I'm going to stick with my idea for Insanity Difficulty because it will extend the challenge for various players and it will test their skills to the limits.

More Ideas, don't are a lot more than this in total:

Invisibility Savior I-X: If your HP decreases to a certain amount, you will become invisible to mobs and only mobs, the effect will increase through the levels of enchantment(your hearts will have to go a little less down the line to activate the effect).

Otherworldly Power I-X: The item enchanted with this will be more powerful in the Aether, Nether and End (as well as any other worlds such as Mars and the Moon. The power will be increased through the levels.

Make a solution to the durability issue for bows by pitching the idea of the bow restoring it's durability after it's taken from the skeleton but you were slow to fix the problem. On the bow flood issue though, they should make it less of a chance, that I agree on and they should make it on rare occasion for a skeleton to drop an enchanted bow with a random enchantment on it.

If you think Hardcore is too easy, why don't you pitch the idea of adding the game mode of Insanity or better yet, why not me now because you were slow to the punch with coming up with a solution.

    More Ideas:

Healing Plus= Makes you heal 5-50% faster depending how high the enchantment level is (I-X).

Agility=Makes you 5-50% faster, again, depending on level of enchantment.

That's all my ideas for now. :) :)

posted a message on SUPERIOR ENCHANTMENT SYSTEM
I have an idea for this, warning, I did post this in one other thread so Im getting this idea to the creator of this absolutly wonderful thread. Here it is: Add another option on the enchantment table by switching settings to go into double efficency mode. Here is how it works, on the interface on the enchantment table there will be a setting button that will allow you to toggle between modes. The way how double efficency mode works is you have complete control over all enchantments and you enchant whatever you want on an item and the enchant level will always allow you to go to X level for any enchantment. The catch is though, if you do multiple enchantments on an item, the total level of all enchantments added together can't go above X.

Coolios! It's even made of obsidian too, nice! I'm planning a squish trap where the trap has pistons on the ceiling with pressure plates along the floor of a corridor thats 1 block wide and 2 blocks high and then the top of the ceiling is covered with pistons facing downward. When someone steps on the pressure plate, they get killed by being squished down to one block height and they gradually lose health from suffocation and being squished.
Truly diabolical I would say. >:D

Here are my ideas, make all enchantments up to X but, only allow a total of X for all enchantments on an item. List of new enchantments:

Zero Gravity I to X= Allows you to jump an additional blocks at a time and you don't take fall damage( goes really well with Gravitite Armor and additional number of blocks you can jump depends on the level of the enchantment.)

Illumination I to X=Makes the item enchanted with it give of 5-10 levels of light(Depends on level of enchantment.)

Damage Transfer I to X=Transfers 2-6 heart points of damage to mobs who attack physically.

    That's all I have for now. :)
