jagex the creators of runescape tried to sue a bot making company for using the 2 letters RS but didn't succeed cause they didn't copyright the letters all over the world being a UK located company so their copyright only stood out to UK and not the bot making company that was located in the US
this is whats gonna happen notch is from where Sweden if im not mistaken? and elder scrolls company is what in US they so don't have the word scrolls copyrighted in the location of where notch lives and his company is located so it wont work they will fail get laughed out of court and lose customers and money and notch will climb the ranks of dam look at his game lets go make a deal with him his game will blow the **** up with ideas and graphics and coders from all around the world and be the game of the century without even trying LOL

wall of text warning!
its the experience balls when someone goes and kills a LOT of monster and gets ton of xp then dies on purpose and alllll of those exp balls drop on the ground no server can handle it my server went to **** and i turned off mobs and the experience balls are still there my computer runs just fine but with those 1million something experience balls on the ground my server is completely useless you log on lag free for 15 seconds when that part of the map loads where the experience balls are gf your minecraft life its lag fest galore i hope for notch or whoever to take out experience till there some use and make it LESS LAGGY the experience is killing my server and i feel if this isnt FIXED fast this could be game killing for a game thats just in beta if its not acted on fast im talking 14ppl on my server cant and refuse to play with this lag and i have 12g of ddr3 ram and it runs fine normally but this is just INSANE
