WHAT IS A PRISON SERVER?
A prison server is a specific type of server, which belongs in the server category of roleplay servers. In a prison server, there are usually prison ranks, guard ranks and warden. As a prisoner you have to do certain jobs to earn money, for instance when you are in C-block, you have to mine or cut trees to earn money.
*Failing To Follow These Rules Will Result In A Demotion*
Contraband If a contraband item is seen, you have to demand the item from the prisoner. The Prisoner have 5 seconds to comply and if he/she does not comply, you have the right to jail the prisoner. If a player indirectly takes out a contraband, the guard can jail if they feel its necessary. If the prisoner is standing in a non-PVP area, but runs into a PVP area you have the right to KOS (Kill on sight) If a player continuously brings out contraband items more than 3 times in a row (Within 5 minutes) The guard can warn the prisoner, and if it continues, eventually jail the prisoner.
PVP You are allowed to kill any prisoner, who attacks/hits you or another prisoner. If there are two prisoners involved in a fight you have the right to kill the one that fights. If the victim fights back, you have the right to kill both. If a prisoner hits you or another prisoner, but runs into a non-PVP area, you cannot attack them when they leave the non-PVP area unless you tagged the prisoner. If a player is constantly camping, you are allowed to warn them for excessive camping. If any prisoner is excessive pvping you are allowed to warn three times for excessive pvp then jail the prisoner. If a prisoner is PVPing you have to kill the prisoner.
How a guard should behave Do NOT abuse the /kit command. You are not allowed to stack up any guard equipment. If caught abusing the kit, you will be demoted.You can jail players by using the command /jail (name) jail (time) (reason) REMINDER: Jail time is in minutes. You can jail players for camping, Excessive PVPing. (Only after 3 warnings)If a prisoner is committing an offense that is not on the list, but you personally feel it is not OK, you have the right to jail the prisoner, but you will need full evidence that shows he committed this offense.Do NOT jail people for an infinite amount of time. Guards HAVE to be respectful to all the prisoners at all times. No disrespecting, no swearing, no making racial slurs and no calling prisoners names. Do not use any hacks. If a guard has to be muted, the guard will be warned. More warnings will result in a demotion.If a prisoner is in a PVP area with contraband, the guard must be in PVP area when asking for the contraband. Wardens will be the ones that accept your apps. 7. You must be atleast rank B and have 5 hours of playtime. Playtime can be checked by /playtime on the server.
8. Do not ask staff to check your application or ask someone to ask staff to check it.

Moderators are not allowed to freely pvp prisoners, this includes randomly attacking players or starting fights. Moderators can defend themselves, they work as a guard, just with addition jobs.

Constant profanity Abusing caps lock Disrespecting staff Harassing the staff The moderator rules are only GUIDELINES, if you feel a player needs to be punished or is majorly spamming/breaking rules, you have the right to punish without giving warnings.

When thats finished, we will transfer the whole server to another server, which will be the gameserver we will use.
