I love Aurora Network because of the community, the staff team works really hard to make sure everyone's opinions are taken into account, Jasper is a great leader overall and really takes pride in the appearance and overall experience of everybody on the server. You can definable count on things getting done and for a great time on each one of your visits!
I'm Azenix, and I've recently gotten into doing Graphics for fun and realized how much of a market there truly is within Minecraft and I decided to join the community!
If I could get some feedback on some of my public work that'd be great, I'm doing a variety of different things so I can be as versatile as possible.

In my three years of playing Minecraft, I’ve had an opportunity to gain experience from various servers, of course not all successful, however all of them had a significant lesson to teach me. The most significant being Galaxy Gaming, an environment where I acquired both leadership and managerial skills. I was appointed the position of Head of Operations whose duty was to make sure every branch of the server’s management and staff ran in conjunction with each other. I expected high quality work from the staff team and myself, and it was delivered. I occasionally encountered obstacles however they posed no threat to my objective. Success. I naturally am an extremely ambitious person, I’m the type to set goals and achieve them at any cost necessary. I believe this, along with my other qualities such as enthusiasm, thirst for knowledge, problem solving, adaptability, friendliness, and ability to keep my cool in any situation will allow me to succeed and contribute as much as possible in an attempt to better the network and myself! I've always wanted to become staff on a successful server with an immense player base because I like meeting new people, discussing culture, different skills and anything else that comes to mind!I think because I have been in a position where I have been in charge of multiple sectors of a network all at once I have a level of experience and self reliance needed to be successful in this position, as I have been here before.

I enjoy being in a position where I can organize and analyze things to make them the most effective. My strengths are in my managerial skills because of my strong leadership traits. I believe in creating and maintaining a strong work environment where everybody gets the job done and plays later; hence my motto, "Work first and play later." Kind of cliche I am aware but effective.I have been all ranks ranging from Trial Moderator to Head of Administration not including Head of Operations, Co-Owner and Owner on too many servers to count, I'd consider myself an experienced individual that would be able to work wonders for this server. I not only have experience in Administrating servers, but I also have experience in management and the organization of large projects. I also have a background in web design, and graphics.I feel that given the opportunity I would be able to help this server grow to be a large and successful part of the Minecraft community.
In what way or how would you resolve any sort of antipathy or arguments between players? My punishments for everything is usually similar, warning, second is talking to with all minor punishment and then major punishment after, it really depends you have to keep in mind that these as little kids and it takes them a while to learn lessons. In extenuating circumstances however of course they differ but most offenses aren't extremely serious to stay from that pattern most times.
What other things can you contribute to IntoxicatedGaming/Network and The Parted Isles (we highly approbate people who are genuinely wanting to help contribute): Honestly since Galaxy Gaming I haven't found a server to that professional caliber that I feel would be successful. This post stands out from the thousands of other ones on here. I feel like this server can be successful and a great place to further my knowledge and have fun !
