You caught me there. It ought to be unconstituional to deny the right to vote electoral college or not in my opinion. It's against the intention of the right.
Minority is hugely in favor in Obama and the ratio of people on welfare is much higher in minorities! Obama is huge on welfare (can you realy argue with that?).
