Barely anyone will "download pictures" because that's what safe photo sharing sites are for. I don't know why you're not using imgur. Either you are a kid who does not know what they are doing, or you want to give out viruses. Just drag your pictures to imgur.com and link to them.

So I'm working on a map thats on a Superflat world. I download B6 Ultra because the previous version would make some blocks invisible when on normal + renders. I get a new jar, close MC. Delete metainf, install optifine, close MC. Open up my map on a superflat world, it crashes. Other worlds are fine though. So I thought, "Hey, I'll just make a new world!" World tick crashes. Open minecraft, Open the world, all fine and dandy. "Finally!" Open inventory, it fking crashes.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Ok, must be my fault. I had A3 in Magic Launcher active :l

Already had a bad experience trying to download my first map.
    http://www.minecraft...505-Shipwrecked

Did not work. Did it right through the Minecraft site. Looked like I needed a plug in, Not JAVA, but WAVA or something tried to install itself.
Anyway, I am looking for more info on which sites host their own files like Hypixel. Are they the only ones hosting their own files?. Not impressed so far by this open sourced gaming nonsense, seems like lazy devolopment. I would love to be able to get in to all that minecraft has to offer, but a failed first attempt at something that's supposed to be easy does not encourage me much. Hopefully Minecraft has a little love for me without having to get a mentor or something like that.
Please send some advice my way on the most reliable and user friendly maps, preferably ones that require no mods or texture packs. Thanks for any help.

I like the way it sounds, but I'm not sure it's really CTM in adventure mode. That's a huge part of the CTM genre, for me at least.

Only the "base" and "maps" are in adventure mode. The actual "areas" are survival :)

So right now, I'm building this Mario Galaxy ish type of map. You start out at a "save beacon" and then you launch to the main base. (Command block location arguments FTW and, it looks like your sorta flying.) At the main base, theres a map room which, every time you enter, plays music :P. That's where you select where to go. More zones get unlocked as you progress. Each "zone" is like an intersection with mini versions of the "areas" that hold the wools. The zone is like a minimap itself. When you walk inside of the mini version, it teleports you to that part of the large version. When you want to fly back to the base, you press a button in the zone "map". When you get back, the monument to that "zone" is unlocked at the base. When all wool is found for that zone, the next zone opens. After all zones are completed, the final zone is unlocked. Sound cool? I'll have pictures soon! Beta testing will start next weekend so E-mail me if you want in :D

Map Name: Tiny CTM #1: Into The Blocky Skies.

Also, you wont be able to break blocks in the base because of Adventure Mode

Communtiy maps in general are awesome because, each "encounter" is different from the rest and shows the authors style :D
