1.12.2, however I fixed it, it turns out xfi was also blocking specific ips trying to connect to the server. I fixed it and everything is working. Thanks anyway, though!

I have been running a Minecraft server for over 6 years and have had many issues, but none to the point where i'd need to seek help like this. We have had xfinity wifi for a long time and I have been running a server with no issues. However, about 3 weeks ago the server began having weird issues, people would be able to connect but would quickly time out and not be able to reconnect, greeted with the issue "Connection timed out. No further information." My wifi speed or strength is no issue, it has never been, we have made no changes but I have noticed one thing. When i go to 10.0.0.1 to access the admin console for xfinity and go to port forwarding it sends me to the xfi website. I sign in and it tells me it has been blocking the port 25565. I turn off advanced security which was blocking it, and port forward again from the xfi website. I have checked the firewall on my computer, and disabled all firewall features that may block the server. However, the same issues persist and I have no idea where to go from here.
