I had the same problem "I get around 200-300fps on every pack, and yesterday my fps started to drop to 2-3"

This Is how I fixed it.

Open minecraft > Go into task manager > Processes > Find javaw.exe > Right Click > Set the priority to "High"

And also, If that doesnt help try and follow this.

Hey, I've been having this problem for awhile now. It seems that every 64x and above texturepack I use turns out really pixely and way to sharp on my side. Heres a example..

And, I see videos like this

No where near as pixely and sharp as mine. Is there any way I can fix this? ;/

I recently bought a new computer, Minecraft runs great "around 200-350 FPS" but around two minutes into the game I get these awful lag spikes. Each lag spike lasts around 30 seconds and my FPS goes down from 200-350 to 2-3 FPS.

I've reinstalled Java I've deleted .minecraft several times..

Help? ;/
