How important is this to you: Verily important, because I feel a server owner looking for staff will be needing a lot of help running his/her server. Without staff you basically don't have anyone to enforce the rules of the server. This also important to me because I haven't even tried to apply for staff on any server except 1 in the last year of being on Minecraft. This is now the second server I am applying for this year. I understand what you are looking for, and I understand you want mature/respectful staff while they enforce the rules. I understand You don't want any problems to occur when in the process of finding several Staff Members to enforce the rules of your server. I love to enforce rules, and I love to have fun with Players! I was once a Server Helper for 1.5 Years without Promotion. I understand Patience very well. If I feel I have done a great job of being a certain position for a long time (6-8 months) I won't ask you for a Promotion. I will just have to deal with the fact that if the Owner doesn't feel I am ready for a promotion. I am turning 15 in less then a Month just to let you know, so this is the Age where I can do a lot of things without Criticism. I have been Staff on certain servers for years and then resigned because I felt on those servers that they would be corrupt. After I did resign on those servers they eventually dropped from 100 players to 10. I know a lot about being Staff, and I would like to share those experiences once again with an Awesome Owner.

Have you ever been staff on a server / network before: Yes I have, and it is a very hard task. You have many players to look after. You have many players to enforce the rules over. You have many reports to handle, and many suggestions to look over. A Network revolves around 100-500 Players or more. A Server is around 1-100. I have been staff on both a Network and Server. It's a rough task, and a burden if someone says you're abusive in your Position. Rumors are made pretty easily in a Network, and when that rumor gets too far many will believe it. For Example, a Staff member accidentally banned someone, a Player then spreads a rumor saying he banned him for Saying Hi. Everyone starts to believe the rumor, and sooner or later the Staff member is so confused about what's happening he/she is forced to resign. It's tough, it's verily tough.
Would you want this job even if it required high stress I have been through high stress, I have been through basically all the possible situations to be staff on certain servers, I'm pretty sure if I got high stress on here I would still stay. There were multiple times on 1 server I used to be staff on where I wanted to resign but I said to myself "This server needs me, there's hackers everywhere, the staff don't get along, I need to fix that", and I kept being staff on there. But when players started leaving 1 by 1 every 5 hours, there was a point I had to say it was over, and that there was nothing I could do. High stress is hard, its harder when you have 5 tests you have to study for in school, and you tired. You just gotta fight the tiredness, Study every 30 minutes, and the other 30 minutes you're helping the Server! High stress won't be a problem, and that's a fact for me.
How many hours a day can you allocate for moderating: I have all day to moderate the forums, if you mean moderate in-game as well, that won't be a problem as well. I am always on, on the weekends, and on the forums as well. I have 1-5 hours during school days, so it's pretty easy to be online.
How can we trust you: You can Trust me. Trust means a lot to me. If someone lies to me once, that makes me question everything they ever said to me. I believe Trust is the key to success, and if you don't have someones Trust, it will eventually break your friendship with him/her.
Describe your personality: Artistic, Truthful, Energetic, and Friendly.
Anything else we should know I just have problems with people who make fun of people who Cut, who Self hurt in general. I stick up for people in my school a lot because of people who joke with those things. So if a Co-Staff Member is making fun of people who do that, I won't stand it, and I will go into my serious mode when talking to them about what they said. I'm not afraid to semi-disrespect a co-staff if they are making fun of something that shouldn't be made fun of.

the past I've ran my own servers. I've been Admin as well on many other
servers. I know that not all people think alike some need to me handled
more carefully then others and some not as easy. I understand that it is
a daunting task but, I feel that I have excellent people skills. .
How many hours can you contribute per day? - I can contribute about 4-5 hours. On my work days about 3 but, for the most part a good 4-5 hours.
What advice would you give someone who had to deal with people younger than them? -
I would tell them to be patient and listen to them. Younger people love
to talk and tell you what to do. They think they know everything. The
key to working with younger people is to always be patient listen to
them and give them your best recommendation on what they should do.
SCENARIO : "You come home from school and have ton of homework to do,
you think to yourself I'll just take a 5 minute break before I start
and get on the server. The next thing you know 2 hours have passed and
you've been on the server all that time." Does this scenario sound
familiar to you? - No, If I was doing homework I would log on to the
server and just read. If anyone needed help I would help them. I could
multitask the situation at hand. Knowing that I have to be on Hypixel
and have homework would be not problem. I need to do both my jobs, I can
work wisely with my time.

I think I should be chosen because of my people skills and skills to debug a server! I've had over three years experience with all sorts of servers!
