Experience: I have had multiple experiences working as a Staff Member in the past. Firstly, I was Moderator on an old server that got shutdown. This year, in 2017, I joined an RPG server where I was a Moderator but after a month or so of working there, everyone just got tired of it and the server never went out of development. Then, I joined a Role-play where I was also a Moderator but then was promoted to an Admin. Like the previous server mentioned, it never went out of development. This lasted longer in development however. A friend of mine that worked on the Role-play server invited me to her server where I became an Admin and briefly a Developer for a time but one of the owners decided to stop paying so it also stopped. I tried joining other servers but some of the owners never replied. This is where I am right now.
Any Developer Experiences? (It's okay if you put no here): I do have some experiences as a Developer (As stated above) but it was doing very minor work such as PeX, WorldGuard and other things. I can't make any plugins, I was just the Fix-It guy during my time as a Developer. So, I do have some minor knowledge of plugins and such.

With Plugins only to help the game along Like Jobs and economy .. way to make In game money to Use Auction Gui .. anytime anywhere . can put up to 30 items in.. with the starting of 500.00 when you log in... able to set up 3 homes ... and one person sleep. . To get started your Choice of community play or solo play .. no limits on where you live. With the wild tp .. want to keep your things safe.. Lockett used on your chest and doors... I have increased the mobs and animals for people that take the hunter job. Get a horse. having /zhorse is awesome. Summon your horse to you. never again loose it. Also last McMmo to add a little spice to it .Community
