Apr 16, 2013Respect to Risugami for all the times I depended on modloader but I think everyone should use Forge. I almost never use modloader anymore.Posted in: Minecraft Mods
Apr 9, 2013FYI - there's a mod with the same name http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/918168-151-smp-forge-better-farming-v332/Posted in: Minecraft Mods

There's no changelog for 8.5pre yet / edit- oh I see, your working on a smp bug
I just got 8.4. I tried the archer special attack and made the mistake of aiming at one of my nearby cows. It dropped an apocalypse of AtomicStryker's "Ropes +" torch arrows and barbecued 20 or 30 of them and blew me up in the process. Then corossus' "weather & tornados" mod scattered all my stuff out into the ocean. It was awesome.
Apr 5, 2013Wow! You cranked that out fast. I only saw the update by accident, but I'm glad I did!Posted in: Minecraft Mods
Apr 5, 2013"/clock" works great.Posted in: Minecraft Mods
Age & Date aren't usually as urgent as time. And by the time I correctly type /clock @ sunset, I could be in mortal danger. Maybe the command could be "/t" (for time)?

I verify F3 shows age/time/days in SMP with FORGE. I was surprised because I have around 35 mods installed.
The command "/age" works for me.
The command "/date" works for me.
BUT when I type "/time", I get this message... "Usage:/time<setladd> <value."
BTW, What I'd really like is a digital clock that stays there. Is there a way to make it toggle?

Excuse me a moment, the point may have been made before but WHY THE F*CK ISN'T THE RIDEABLE WOLVES TALENT THERE?!?
Otherwise, thanks for keeping it up
Also, link's broken.
I know what you are trying to say, but "FACK" isn't even a word.
Seriously though, you seem to be joking textually but this will get people jumping down your throat for modder abuse at the very least. We must respect the givers of wonderful free gifts of their time, energy and intelligence, right? The main thing they all say they want is patience and less large red letters.

Thanks a lot for picking this mod up and keeping it going. I've only been using it for about an hour now, but a couple things I'd like to mention.
It's no surprise that at this stage there are a few bugs, however in just the short amount of time that I've been testing this I've encountered one that's pretty severe. After adding a point to the Sheperdog talent, and then deciding that I didn't want to use it for moving my sheep from pen to pen, I brought my new DTDoggy out to the backyard and told him to sit.
I went back to finish tending to my sheep, came back, and no doggy. I ran all around the yard and house spamming the arrow keys while holding the command medallion thinking maybe he just slipped through the ground into a cave below me or just ended up farther away than I thought.
After expanding my search to the woods outside my yard and still coming up empty handed I've come to the conclusion that he simply despawned for some reason. If you were able to add a way to protect our doggies from despawning that would be great. Perhaps an item which could not only give you a list of all the dogs that you own, but also able to respawn lost dogs. Either that or if you could automate the process and simply have them respawn at the last bed you slept in when they're no longer in the world. Could also have a manual command for that, which would respawn lost dogs when typed.
As it is now I'm a bit afraid to spend the time and resources training various dogs when I have no idea if they're about to disappear at any moment too.
I'd also like to echo the sentiments of others who have stated that it would be nice if there were fewer filler items. It gets a bit odd having to carry snowballs, sticks, command emblems, doggy treats, etc everywhere you go to get most of the functionality out of your dog. Personally I think that the command emblem could be abolished altogether and just add keypresses that you can bind to those functions in the controls menu. Snowballs can go as well and just have people shift right click on a doggy to open their inventory, etc.
Either way thanks for bringing this back, and good job getting it to where it is in such a short amount of time.

All working very well for me, though I'd love it if there could be an entry in the config to turn off the particles on the Dire Doggies. Is that on the horizon?

Updated 06/21/2018It will be nice if books on bookshelf will correspond to the position of books in the inventory. Now its impossible to place a book in the right corner or center, it always will display on the left:(Posted in: Minecraft Mods
