I really like Voxelmap. One thing though- I can't teleport. I assume I should be able to in singleplayer. My son can in a LAN game but I still can't.
Aside from that, have you considered adding a clock? REI minimap for 1.7.10 has one and I miss it.

Only problem I have (other than the chunk loading bug that has been gone over to death) is the player page's... they are always called "Unknown name" for us (instead of the player name)... is this a conflict in my modpack, a bug in the mod, or am I missing a setting?
We had the same problem. And love the mod too btw.
But why Im here....Can anyone tell me how to craft a death page????
Nov 2, 2014Nice mod! I've got the same problem with recipes creating vastly wrong items. Seems to just involve mod items I've tried to create recipes for. Also, it doesn't work in LAN for people who enter my game. Works fine for me though. Overall it makes some mostly useless items useful and it allows us a way to get some items that are usually a pain to get. Adios stupid nether!Posted in: Minecraft Mods

I actually found help bundled in this mod:
The sq.class is the one that controls the bed behavior. It works fine, but it only works in LAN with modloader. I was hoping Sallowf was planning to upgrade his mod, but I have gotten no responses and I think his mod is now abandoned. So what I need is the sq.class from his mod repackaged for Forge & SMP compatibility.
If it's not OK to appropriate his class file, it could be helpful as an example of what needs to be altered.

A lot of the functionality was not implemented yet. I have been completely rewriting this. I figured you guys would want a working copy of the mod instead of fighting with the previous version.
Ahhh- I understand now. That was good thinking. Maybe write "WIP" and/or explain that more features are coming even if you said it in the last post just so people are less likely to have an adverse reaction. Sometimes I just look for version number changes and swap loaded zips (or jars). And I'm keeping an eye on so many mods it's hard to remember who's intending to do what.
Version 1.14.5, which fixes a lot of bugs, is now available for download.

Since a lot of people are not liking that I removed the transfer and repair functionality, I will be adding them back in. I dont know when that release will happen. I thought getting something out that at least enchanted and disenchanted would be enough for now. Granted I guess the wording was harsh.
Sorry if you are disappointed. It was a bit of a shock that so much had changed. I like the new look of it, but I was surprised because you removed all the configurability. And most of the features. We tend to alternate between tons of mods in a game and no mods in a game when we change worlds which happens once or twice a month- once we are invincible.
Our main goal in switching worlds and mods is to keep it from getting boring because we've played this for years. The one constant in all that time (or rather as long as it has existed) is that we HATE the vanilla enchanting system.
So the bottom line for us is do whatever you want as long as you PLEEZ keep this mod alive. But it would be most helpful if you made configurable options for the most popular features, and especially the bookshelves

Why stop? I just suggested adding the dispenser for repair since I hate anvils. I think you can even make it less cheaty in the config. I do however agree the mod is not what it was. The config has definitely been slaughtered. And I think the bookshelf requirement is ridiculous and sad. I don't care about requiring them but I hate the wasted space. [Maybe they could reside in slots in a GUI instead of cramming my house???] Remember, they're just an arbitrary decision Jeb made while thinking more about his cat.
The worst thing @ the moment is the update doesn't recognize More Enchantments mod http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1357421-more-enchantments-mod/ But I guess that is a More Enchantments problem.
