Same thing somewhat happened to me my cell hovered around 17 hours for like 1-2 days then finally went up for rent which is what i was waiting for.
Its a 3 hour ban not 3 days... its a first offense. Now switch the bans or i shall be talking to starzy about your abuse of power and how your not very knowledgable about rules.
Please note that this was your second offense of tempbannable language.
