What is your favorite/preferred base/building style? My favorite style to build in is a mix between natural and natural enhanced with a mix of fantasy and brutalisim. with walkways pathways and plat forms. I always try to create an Good looking place with a unique look I have lately been in love with the tuff block set lately. i like to have life in my game so i tend to incorporate animals and villages into my builds. I love to build aquariums. i try to fit in a heavy amount of detail both inside and out of my builds. i have submitted some screenshots of some old bedrock world, a couple days worth on a server i sometimes play on. i am not generally a red stoner. i have to watch a tutorial every time i want to do a sugarcane farm.
What aspect of vanilla game play draws you towards SMP? i am always trying to improve my overall game play and building. playing with others allows me to gain a perspective outside of my own, seeing things develop in a multiplayer environment inspires me to "keep up with the Jones's" in terms of building my own build.
How would you describe your ideal community/server? i am looking for a chill and laid back place to hit the grind set and create something new and wonderful alongside other builders. i am looking for a no cheats no exploits no greifing world that lasts longer than a month or two. i don't like to work on something and then see it disappear. a community that is helpful and mindful of each other is key. mine-craft is no place for hate or anger.. except the skeletons, i hate those guys so much.
Do you have any experience with Minecraft communities? i have had some great experiences with minecraft communities on both bedrock and java. Exploring with my friends. building something cool. finding new builds others make is still exciting.
Outside of Minecraft, what kinds of activities/hobbies do you enjoy? Out side of minecraft i enjoy reading and writing science fiction and fantasy. listening to audio books/ history documentaries. other video games. War hammer 40k media in general. wood working and spending time with my family.

What is your favorite/preferred base/building style?: Tend to build a lot of small auto farms for resources, then my builds really depend on what biome and terrain i find myself in. Typically I lean towards victorian or japanese style architecture, but I'll play around with a variety of block palettes and styles to fit the landscape and what resources I have at my disposal.
What aspect of vanilla gameplay draws you towards SMP?: Playing alone gets really lonely, I don't have anyone to share stuff with. As I like to build farms, I'll end up with more resources than I need and nothing to do with them in single player. I also like to explore people's builds, and show off what I've built as well.
How would you describe your ideal community/server?: Ideal? One where there is a solid community, with regularly planned and diverse community/group builds and events run by the server/staff.

What is your favorite/preferred base/building style? Medieval/Nordic style, but I'm open! I like building larger bases, but have found more recently I'm interested in the smaller details.
What aspect of vanilla gameplay draws you towards SMP? I don't like using commands to cheat. I like the grind and sense of accomplishment. But I do also enjoy working with others to achieve more faster.
How would you describe your ideal community/server? A place where people can interact and have fun together, whilst also being able to help each other and accomplish more together. A welcoming environment for all types of players.

- Yes, I heard about the server from an old friend of mine, named Brillzbe, who plays on the server!
What is your favorite/preferred base/building style?
- My favorite building style is making large builds with lots of small highly detailed components! Not to be confused with the typical "Mega-build" style, wich usually consists of one large build, I like to focus on lots of small details that flow together well and make the build feel alive! My history in photography and design through my previous marketing work makes it so I'm always focused on the angles and sight-lines of builds, and how they will look from different directions, something that is often forgotten in Minecraft building, but breathes such a natural flow into city-style builds. I very often fluctuate between different styles, but what has currently been peaking my interest for the last year is steampunk styled builds, which I hope to keep exploring on this server!
What aspect of vanilla gameplay draws you towards SMP? - Limitations spark creativity! As previously mentioned I am currently digging deep into steampunk, and I could have delved into a bunch of mods that would have pre-made cogwheels and machines that I could use for my builds, but I believe that being limited by what is in front of me I push myself to find creative solutions for what I am trying to achieve!
It's also the vanilla gameplay being what I've grown to love so much, and what I've gotten used to! I started playing Minecraft almost 15 years ago in this Vanilla SMP style, and it's simply unbeatable in my eyes.
How would you describe your ideal community/server?
- A relaxed community that is a place to come and relax after a stressful day, somewhere where the people are dedicated and willing to teach and learn, one of the biggest reasons I prefer multiplayer over singleplayer is simply that we learn so much and breed new ideas by interacting and playing with each other!
Do you have any experience with Minecraft communities?
- Yes I do! The last community I was a part of was one just like this which I helped start, and stuck around for about 7-8 years. I was on the admin team for the last 5 years, until it recently moved away from what it originally was and I decided to look outwards. The community is still intact, it is just not centered around Minecraft anymore, and most of the members don't actually play the game, which is why I'm looking for a fresh start somewhere new!
Outside of Minecraft, what kinds of activities/hobbies do you enjoy?
- This list could go on for ages, I play a wide variety of games, Chess, Rocket League, Terraria, mmorpgs, CSGO, etc.
Outside of gaming I play basketball and used to coach a junior team (until I moved away), I also love spending time with my wife exploring food, either making food, or trying new restaurants, I really enjoy learning and am always ready to read or watch anything that can teach me something new!

What is your favorite/preferred base/building style?: I build a lot in a Medieval/ maybe Viking esque style. But I've been really trying to branch out and stray from and learn
What aspect of vanilla gameplay draws you towards SMP?: I love interacting with other people, co op builds, events, shops, exploring other people's builds, and being able to show off mine as well.
How would you describe your ideal community/server?: fairly active and not incredibly tight-knit but definitely connected. I like having the freedom to branch out a tiny bit, but also be right there by everyone else at the same time.

And aside from that I've been a part of quite a few server startups that never quite got off the ground. I usually the last one playing and would eventually set out to find a new server in search of a genuine community.

Do you have any experience with Minecraft communities? I started playing during 1.7 and joined my first smp a few months after that. I have been on many servers that have met the usual end. Ive lost count of how many times I ended up being the only player left logging onto a server for weeks before giving up. I have always joined new servers hoping to build a community from the beginning, so that might have been my downfall. Hoping that by having had several season, things might be different this time.

What is your favourite/preferred base/building style? I usually build my small, non-redstone farms underground as my building style tends to be google based. I like settling next to a river/water because boating is often my main source of travel. Never really learned how to not die when travelling with an elytra. However, I did construct an original 40 block diameter dome for my axolotls and frogs to live in.
What aspect of vanilla gameplay draws you towards SMP? I was a hardcore WoW player since 2005 but when my gaming partner of 21 years passed away, I found it impossible to return.
My son introduced me to minecraft a few years back. However, I found solo playing too lonely. Plus, there are still so many things to learn about game play from other people.
How would you describe your ideal community/server? Cooperative play and sharing of ideas.
Do you have any experience with Minecraft communities? Only one that just closed after about 4 months. Awesome people and learned so much about surviving in Hard Mode.

Exploration and community, mostly.

I have a pretty active social life with plenty of fun people I hang around with often, I go to concerts/festivals, parties, play (board)games and watch anime.
