Well there is your problem. thats Ultra HD resolution. You will just have to get use to it or switch to the BIG one.

Maybe a screen shot will help, but did you change the monitor? If so what resolution is it set to? Maybe this new monitor has a much bigger resolution so everything seems smaller.

There is no way to bypass this. Its there for a reason, its giving you a warning that a player is moving too fast. You can ignore this error BUT dont try and do this in unexplored territory, it can cause problems if you fly 2fast in unexplored lands.

But still 32bit java should be able to eat up 3-4GB or ram. (just tested and had no problems)

I dont know how much ram your computer has. But looks like you dont have enought to give the server 2GB

I would suggest you get Spigot serever and see if you get the same error

eula=true is the correct one. but you need to stop the server, then change, then start the server again in order for it to load the file.

sounds.json is a file used by the sound system in resource packs which tells the sound system what sound files to play when a sound event is triggered by one or more in-game events. This file is located in assets\minecraft in resource packs, and the default file is located in .minecraft\assets\objects [minecraft/assets/objects on a Mac] and its hashed name can be found by looking it up in the file .minecraft\assets\indexes\<version>.json

You live in a society where people only care about themselves. Sad but true, I try to help people but its a shame so few follow the example. Anyway good luck to you with the whole MC thing and dont forget to grab the whole .minecraft folder, i think it needs ALL files in order to work, cant miss anything.
