Without the config files and permission lists, there is not much anyone can do to help.

Not exactly, it would require some research to what exactly is causing the problem. Try removing 1 by 1 plugin to fix the issue until you find it.

Looks like the Achievements ( or Advancements) are causing the issues. Did you make any custom ones, or changes any default ones?

I took this from reddit:

Enable command blocks for you and build two a few blocks apart with buttons on them.

Use

/gamemode 0 @p
To switch them to creative, and

/gamemode 1 @p
to switch them to survival.

Maybe I have the numbers reversed. This is how I had it setup when I hosted a realm for my kids. I also built a series of teleporters to send them to specific places from the central hub.

You will need to op them using the Realm's Player GUI.

Have you tried leaving it for a few minutes? Mine does this, however after 2-3 minutes it loads up properly and works.

Also what server are you trying to run?

Its all good so far, they are torturing us with the name changes, so we have to redo our packs, etc. But other then that, its good You can join us on discord! We are much more active there

Fast few updates. No one wants to watch 1h long videos. Try editing videos to make them shorter, 15-25 minutes tops. Take a look at some popular youtubers like MumboJumbo and see what they do, make time lapses, etc. Dont be afraid to learn from successful people

Try reducing Render distance to a normal amount.
