This time instead of hosting my server at home, its paid hosting. I already set up 70% percent of the server (minigames, spawn etc) but, there are some small things i need help with (water portals, worldguard, prefixes etc) and a developer of some sort to check if everything on the server is ready for opening. I wont go into to much detail here, we can just talk on Skype or Discord.
I will have some applications below for you to fill in. You can reply with them here, but i prefer that you send me it on Discord. (i'm more online there)
I'm currently only searching for a developer to check in on everything listed above. Maybe sooner or later i will allow more staff to apply.
When i get the money to pay you, i will pay. But dont expect much.

Experience with servers?: I have been builders in several servers which sadly died out, and I also been a manager, co-owner in some servers. What really made me inspired is when I made my own server, which sadly also died out, this taught me a lot of things when managing, to how to treat your staff members. That's besides the point, I want to be builder to learn and teach too. I know my building is not perfect, I understand that.
How long have you been playing this game?: I started mid-2012 when I played pocket edition, I slowly moved to PC edition on the early-2013.

Why do you want to be staff?: Because I want to help this become a place where people would have a good first impression. For me, owning a server is about the feedback from the players, that is my number one priority. Luxia has room for improvement, I want to help improve the server, so people would have a great first impression to the server. I want to enhance my building skills, though it isn't the best, I would appreciate to learn from other people who have mastered that role. I am a decent builder, some people like my builds, some don't, and if they don't, I ask them why and how I can improve that. Constructive criticism is highly appreciated, and I do not find that as an insult compared to others. I learned that without constructive criticism, you cannot improve, that is true, if you make something you gotta get some feedback from other people to learn from your mistakes and mishaps. This position is not for bragging rights, as people only apply for fame from what I can see, I wanted to apply to help out with this server and maintain my responsibilities.
Why do you think you should be picked over someone else?: I am very trustworthy, and will respond fast if ever you need some help. I am always available to help others. I would maintain my responsibilities, and not fail what the higher ranking staff tasked me to do. Some people do not listen, but I am an obedient individual, I will never leave whatever I am tasked to do.
