    Yes, the new code refers back to the original recipe's crafting recipe instead of saving what was in the crafting grid at the time of save. While I did not test every recipe the ones I did test, include Ethereal Essence for the storage cores, did work as expected.

    edit: hm, my arcane assembler was completely reset, aka, it lost the knowledge core, the armor in there and the digivis source. was this supposed to happen?


    The assembler and knowledge cores from previous saves should load normally as I left the old loading code intact just for that purpose and tested it several times myself. Was there any kind of errors or warnings in the log when this occured?

    I am very pleased to announce that version 0.9.1.0 has been released.

      • The Arcane Crafting Terminal can now issue crafting jobs!
      • Arcane patterns now respect substitutions.
          • Note: This change is NOT retro-active. Knowledge cores must have
          • their patterns re-saved in order for the changes to take effect.

    Bugfixes

    • Fixed compatibility with Thaumic Tinkerer.
    • Fixed issue with Technomancy(and any other mods that use my API) where essentia was voided when mod container is full.

    I had originally stated that I would not support AE2 alpha builds, however given my time constraints leading to a lack of updates, and that so many people having asked for it, I threw together support for it tonight. As usual, please report any bugs found, but bear in mind that I may not have time to fix them soon. I was fortunate enough to find some time over my fall break to put this together.

    Version 0.9.0.0 has been released. This is an alpha build, largely untested, for AE2-Rv3.


    Dependencies:

      • Updated AE to rv3-alpha-9

    Changes:

      • Storage monitors are now less laggy

    Bugfixes:

        • Storage bus
          • Void-mode support restored
          • Attaches to network when placed with pre-set filters
          • Condenser support restored
          • Can fully utilize the Essentia Reservoir without setting filters.

        • Essentia cells obey their filters when used in an IO port.
        • Fixes CC support with Thaumic Tinker:
          • Added EssentiaProvider to Thaumic Tinkerer blacklist, will be supported in the next release of Thaumic Tinkerer

    Wanted to give everyone an update on whats going on.

    As of right now all development on Thaumic Energistics is halted due to my course load this semester. It is likely that I will not be able to continue active development for quite some time, perhaps not until December. With that being said, if there are any developers interested, I am open to accepting help to push development forward. If you are interested please send me a PM so that we can work out the details.


    Thank you everyone for your support, I hate that I am not able to keep the updates rolling, but I hope that with some help we can get ThE moving again.

    There are a couple of edge cases here that I had not considered before.

    #1 make sure there is enough space in your ME network to store the cloth

    #2 allow the assembler to refill its vis stores

    #3 don't break/mine/wrench the assembler

    #4 if the assembler is unloaded then reloaded, it will start the craft over from scratch. You might try this as a last resort.


    I accounted for #1, but did not properly account for #2 or #3 in the event that #1 occurred. In future versions I will correct this, and most likely provide a way via GUI for easy manual extraction, as well as add the finished item to the drop list if the assembler is dismantled.

    Check the tooltip of each the cards from the screenshots, they should mention the Essentia IO. When a capacity card is added, 4 additional filter slots unlock.

    Everything else is importing fine via the Essentia Terminal. I have 30-odd aspects in there now between 8 disks. But Gelum refuses to import.

    It's the first I have heard of the issue. Try removing and re-adding Gelum from the partition list. Also make sure there is room on the disk to accept essentia.

    Folks, anyone know if its possible for Thaumic Energistics to interact directly with an essentia mirror? In my case, I'm trying to send aspects through the mirror to an Automagy "Nethermind".


    It typically draws aspects from jars through the mirrors. So I can easily do this with export buses, but I'm curious if there's a way to interface with the mirrors directly somehow.


    Place an infusion provider within the range of the mirror. When the far side requests essentia through the mirror, the infusion provider will send it.

    Version 0.8.10.8 has been released, bringing AE power production!


    Added:

      • New Block: Essentia Vibration Chamber

    Bugfixes:

      • Empty jars can again be filled in Essentia Terminal.
      • Level Emitter adjustment button placement corrected.
      • ACT buttons can be right-clicked to go backwards.
      • Arcane recipe pattern ingredients are strictly enforced when using the Arcane Assembler.


    I'm probably going to expand the essentia vibration chamber GUI at some point, however I would like some feedback from the community regarding potential upgrades before I do so.

        1. Should the EVC accept cards?
          • Acceleration: This would cause essentia to be processed and power to be produced faster just by adding cards. Same total amount of power produced, just produced faster.
          • Capacity: Increases internal essentia storage capacity.
        2. Should the EVC instead have an infusion upgrade recipe? If so which of these would you like to see?
          • Upgrades processing rate, same as the acceleration cards would.
          • Upgrades internal essentia storage capacity.
          • Upgrades processing efficiency, more power from less fuel. This one would likely be expensive, unstable, and repeatable a certain number of times.
          • Allows the EVC to process any essentia, at a severe penalty to amount of power produced.
          • Specific combination of the above.
