    Anyways, the range of pumping from the grate is quite large, but your question was if there's a limit to the pump itself and there is: the further the pump is away from the grate the lower will the pressure be in the pipes, I don't know how much that system is finished yet but I guess that means after a certain point it will slow down and not move a block in each cycle anymore.
    When the pipe going out of the pump starts to look not fully filled anymore that point is either reached or about to be reached I think.
    That point was reached after around 100 blocks for me where most where going up from the grate, though I have no idea if that's a factor but I could imagine it is.

    About the power, I don't think so, the pump mostlikely uses up the same amount on each cycle (the moving part going forward and backward one time) and simply won't finish the moving of the sourceblock in one cycle after the limit.


    Also while we are at pumps, I hope they will become freely placable like motors somewhen, currently they are rather picky about placement and wiring up which feels unlike the rest of RP2.
    I mean we can place gates on the ceiling, but we can't put a pump going up or down on the wall?

    Don't worry about ETA, I was as confused as you when I didn't know what it meant. It stands for Edited To Add.

    No, one water block is one water block, no matter the distance.

    What I meant was not that. The distance I was referring to was the length of the pipe. Like if the Pump is, say 1000 blocks away from the grate pulling the water, will it take more energy than if it were just 10 blocks away?

    Just wondering a few things regarding Pumps.
    1) Is there a limit to the distance they can pull a liquid from?
    2) Does the distance have any relation to the power usage, like the Frame Motor's do with the number of frames they have to move?

    ETA:
    I designed a Thaum-Craft Portal network, controlled by Frames, and RP Control.

    The design is very inefficient though.
    For one it can't determine the current position of the portals, but it goes to the default position, all to the left, taking over 10.4 seconds, and then begins to get the requested portals, taking a minimum of 5 more seconds.

    Any tips on how to improve it?

    Have you tried pressing O in the inventory screen? that is the default button for toggling it, and Direwolf's config has it disabled by default.

    Nothing you are doing wrong. Alchemy Bags are empty because it stores the contents per-player based on the username you logged in with. There is a way to get the contents for your user (at least I'm pretty sure), but it's a little in depth. At least you can NEI the stuff back :)
    The Pipe labels are gone for much the same reason. Labels are also stored per-player.

    ETA: Looking at the data-files in the save folder, will it work if I simply rename bag_direwolf201.dat to bag_Nisheeth201.dat?

    I downloaded the the save for Episode 60. Apparently, all the contents of the Alchemy bag are empty, and none of the teleport pipes have the names for their frequencies. Is it something I am doing wrong?

    The First Question:
    It is the normal RS Nor latch. It has two torches. They are the outputs(one Q, other ~Q). The other two are Set and Reset.
    The difference is that the output also goes back to the corresponding input (If Q is on S will be on and vice-versa).
    You can make it so that output doesn't effect the input by Shift Right-clicking on it twice (I think) with a screw driver. Or putting two repeaters, one of S and the other on R.

    The Second Question: Sorry but I don't know the answer myself!

    Not as far as I know. I just tested it out. It seems to take away the durability of the Treetap, but no stick resin is dropped, and the dot on the tree remains.

    If I am not mistaken Basalt is going to have its uses in a later version.
    And you must be really (un)lucky. In most of my world's I have to look for over 15 minutes, flying, just to find one small volcano!

    Ok, I just looked up in the Forth dictionary of the wiki. There is no word recorded there that will remove the last value from the stack. Is it possible to do that?
